Altura is a classic Sicilian bistro and lounge. Our goal bring the feeling of eating a classic Sicilian pizza in Salinas, while cooking with pristine ingredients.
We have combined old-traditions of Sicilian cooking with local fresh ingredients, creating a unique style of pizzeria with handcrafted recipes, thin-crust pizzas, savory lasagna, pastas, and oven baked sandwiches.
All this, in a casual setting, with a unique craft cocktail menu, local wine list, and unmatched level of service.

Altura is a great Italian spot with a wonderful atmosphere, good food and drinks, and great service. Their menu may not being very big, but it doesn’t need to be when you do it well (which they do). The service was also great, quick and friendly.

So Altura just recently opened. Atmosphere is really nice and GREAT spot for any type of Date night. It’s cozy, friendly and with the lighting has a Blue Velvet kinda feel.

I love love love the ambiance here!! The lighting, music, and personal little couch were exactly what I was looking for. There is a fascinating variety of tequila. My appetizer was delicious and the service was great. The outdoor seating looks super fun too.

What a great edition to Old Town. The atmosphere is great and the service was amazing. We started out with cocktails. My husband had the OG Margarita and I had the No Smoke No Bite Both were very good. And the presentation of the No Smoke No Bite was really cool. We then split the Caesar salad, Nonna’s lasagna, and a pepperoni pizza. All were delicious. We’re looking forward to returning soon.

Finally, an excellent spot for some delicious mixed drinks! The mixologist is knowledgeable and friendly when I sat at the bar to ask questions regarding the alcohol used and ingredients. I also enjoyed the atmosphere, and in all, it’s a great place to grab great drinks and dinner with family and friends. Been here twice, and Oscar, the manager, has greeted us and ensured we’ve had a superb experience. Highly recommend checking them out.
