If you are in Taos or in New Mexico, this is a must try; if I can give it more stars, I would.

Was skeptical at first, but SO glad we stopped here. Everything was delicious with generous portions and very filling. When I tell you it’s the best gyro I’ve ever had, know that is no small claim. The meat pies were a true treat (although piping hot). The sausage rolls were surprisingly flavorful. It is a food truck, so it’s not super quick and amenities are limited, but very hip and awesome place to stop.

My husband saw this food truck on Diners, Drive Ins & Dives. We stopped here for lunch and it was well worth the side trip on our way to Angel Fire! I don’t usually care for gyros, but Aly’s was fresh and delicious! We also had the Chipotle chicken pie and it was just delicious! She knows flaky crust that’s for sure! Check out the quirky village while you are there!

Stopped for lunch while exploring the Taos area. Aly’s was next to the community center on the way up to the Taos Ski Valley. Got a ground beef and cheese meat pie with adorable kiwi birds on top, a beef and lamb gyro and a coke to share. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. The coke was nice and cold. It’s a food truck so dining was outside which we enjoyed. Plenty of napkins and a trash can near by. Highly recommend you stop by!

We were looking for a good veg lunch while doing our tourist thing. The vegan restaurant down on the tourist drag was closed and nothing else looked promising. We drove 7 miles out of our way to find this place. It was awesome in every way. As a family we had the falafel, chicken swarma and the beef and cheese mince pie. Everyone loved their food. the was warm and the gyros were fresh and delicious. Totally worth the drive.

Stopped at Aly’s for food after skiing, YUM! The gyro was outstanding, I didn’t even make it out of the parking lot before it was gone. Took home a mince and cheese pie to share and we devoured it – the crust was so flaky and perfect, and the melty cheese and beef & gravy inside was like eating the most delicious cheeseburger you’ve ever eaten – but better, because PIE. We will be back to try everything else – i’m particularly excited to have a sausage roll. Conveniently located just around the corner from all the shops in Seco, plenty of parking and easy access.

Im obsessed with the Kiwi burger but everything I’ve had at Aly’s has been incredible! The service is fast and friendly, and the location is really convenient and has great seating. We loved the Gyros, meat pie, and fries, but again the Kiwi burger is SO good. Can’t wait to go back for it again soon.

Incredible, undeniably the best meal in Taos County we have ever had! We’ve been here for 28 years, we stopped eating out at restaurants in Taos because they all call themselves chefs, ha! Yet none can create such amazing flavourful, satisfying meals as Aly’s Taos Eats!! I can’t wait to go back, and turn on all my friends, family and clients to this unique food stand. You are the best!!!!

The gyros are amazing. All the pies ROCK! Everything I’ve had there was so delicious. I was going to take photos this time, but we were driven by the super aroma. Aly’s right in Arroyo Seco. Just go there! You’ll probably see me there.

I love Aly’s food truck! Everything I have tried there is good. I decided to do a take out the other day of the beef bourguignon pastry and make my husband a “British”-inspired meal (he is from London). Aly makes all her own pastry and it is amazing. I put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 et voila! Beautiful meal. He was very happy and kept raving about how authentic this tasted. Thanks Aly
