This ain’t it. I kept hearing how it’s good. But it’s really not. And it’s very expensive. Thin floppy pizza, big chewy crust. The fire eater was very hot and tasty. But the Hawaii one wasn’t. Neither gave me a reason to return. The lady seemed stressed at the front counter. The place was empty inside but it’s a big spot. The pizza took 45 minutes. I spent $60 on two pies.

It was miserably hot inside of this establishment I can’t even believe the people are still in there working, it was hotter in there than it was outside. I felt so bad for the employees. So if any of you are the district manager reading this you need to get into that store and fix the air conditioning it’s insanely hot in that store. It was completely empty void of customers and it’s probably because of how miserably hot it was in there. The employees very very friendly great customer service considering they were in that hot box.This was the store On 98th Street in Albuquerque.If the health department were to walk in there they would probably shut it down because of how hot it isn’t there.

Should have learned our lesson from service last time. Came in at 11:05 for early lunch. Not 1 customer in building nor have I seen 1 “to go ” order leave the building. Ordered a cold sub and a salad and we were told 25 minutes to receive order. We ordered from the “lunch specials” menu. I don’t know how they stay in business. The employee was knowledgeable but unfriendly. When asking about our order at 11:40 we were told they were now prepping the salads. Better call way ahead if you think the food is worth it. We are finally leaving with our food at 11:47. UNACCEPTABLE!

Surprisingly worse than I remember. The spaghetti was watering, the garlic bread was old and has the texture of an old boot, the pizza was mediocre at best. What happened? Wow.

I ordered 16 pizzas a day ahead so they would be delivered at a specific time the next day. Instead of opening early to ensure our order, they still had five pizzas to cook at the time they should’ve been delivered. If they can’t accommodate, then they shouldn’t have taken the order; it just made them look bad.
