Service was impeccable. Every time we took a sip from our drink, it was being refilled. This was an elevated experience with knowledgeable wait staff to answer questions about the menu. We picked out our fish that was then perfectly cooked in the sauce of choice. I’ve never had such a delicious fish. Everything was amazing. Photos do not do this place justice, as the flavors and pairings were top notch. Our group of 4 ordered an entree each, 1 appetizer, 2 salads, and 1 dessert. It was plenty of good and reasonably priced for what we received. Not overpriced at all.

The food was good. We enjoyed picking out our own fish. The salads were good and so was the fettuccine starter. The crispy potatoes were only OK. We didn’t think they were special. Desert was good. But we just didn’t think it lived up to $262 for two people b4 tip with no booze!

Food: Can I rave enough about the food? Everything we tried was exquisite. The fish was perfectly seasoned and seared. The appetizers were delicious – I’d recommend the tuna tartare! The side dishes are great to share and they were very well made. The crispy potatoes were crispy and seasoned to perfection. Our waitress was also awesome enough to give me great wine recommendations based on taste, what I like, and what I was eating.

Possibly the best ambiance in a restaurant that I experienced on our short stay in Vegas. From top to bottom, each item we were served was incredible. We started with warm bread and butter, and I ordered the squid ink seafood pasta. I’m not a huge fan of the texture of the pasta, but it could just be because I’m accustomed to dried pasta. However, the flavor was beyond amazing. My husband ordered a steak and thoroughly enjoyed it with a side of potatoes. We also had green beans, and I have no clue what was in them, but oh my! The green beans alone are worth returning for. We had dessert, which I believe was gelato, and we nearly tussled for the final bite. We had top notch service, and the experience was great overall.

Wonderful dining experience for my birthday! We dined family style, and everything was excellent. We had the crab/eggplant meatballs. The Amalfi salad, and the bread for starters. We had the fish experience and chose red snapper. Ordered the prime rib steak (20 oz), squid pasta, and white bean risotto. It was the perfect serving size for 3 adults and was delicious!

We had a reservation on a Friday for dinner. Beautiful elegant restaurant. Great service. They were very busy that evening. For drinks, we had glasses of rose and chardonnay, both great. We ordered and shared fileted black bass with Meyer lemon and capers and the crispy potatoes. For the fish, they give you a list of the fish they have but you can also talked to the fish monger. We decided to talk to him, very informative. The black bass with Meyer lemon/capers was absolutely delicious! The potatoes were indeed very crispy and also amazing! We were full but we made an effort to finish absolute everything, it was that fantastic! Worth the price and I hope I can be back to Vegas and Amalfi soon.

We had dinner reservations Memorial Day weekend and were seated promptly. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks. The crispy potatoes were probably some of the best potatoes I’ve ever had, each one was cooked perfectly and they tasted amazing. My New York steak was cooked to perfection and my Negroni tasted great. Our server was very attentive and we received exceptional service all around. It’s a beautiful restaurant with high quality service.

I have to admit I’m not a fish connoisseur, but thankfully I didn’t need to be. The fishmonger and server at Amalfi did an excellent job of explaining the different options and making recommendations for our group. I had never heard of turbot, but it was excellent. The different sauces to top the fish were presented and explained, and all were excellent. Wonderful experience and food. Worth the visit.
