Great food on the lunch buffet. Everything was properly prepared and fresh. The location is comfortable, but they could do a little for atmosphere. There was no music or television playing, so it seemed over quiet. The gentleman that helped us was friendly, but we never knew his name. I realize it was buffet time, but wouldn’t have minded being upsold something, like a drink other than water. Overall, would return.

They serve most delicious south Indian food in town. Food quality is really good and they are comparatively cheap than other restaurants. They also offer buffet in lunch for $13. They also have large parking space. I’ve been there twice so far and both time I had great experiences.

I wwould like to rate the “food experience” here! It was the best of what I have seen in Tempe and was worth the visit. I would certainly suggest you to try Amaravati for some authentic Indian cuisine with real spices 😀 The ambiance was good and the place was clean. However, the service had its flaws despite the lady helping us with the selection of dishes and the cheerful approach. But there were lack of napkins (even in the Men’s room) and the attention was not there at times.

Food was amazing, such perfect flavor. Service was top notch too. This is going to be my new go to place for curries, and there are sooo many choices. The tandoori chicken is some of the best I have had and it came out sizzling. My kids loved the naan, they ate 2 baskets. Mango lassi was a good refreshing way to wash down the meal.

Stopped in for lunch recently with a friend and we’ll definitely be back, the food was great! I agree with another review that it was a little quiet, but then some music came on. We were there after the buffet time, but I’d definitely check it out next time. The garlic naan was delish!

It doesn’t look like much but the quality of food is outstanding!! Definitely one of those “mom and pop” places you want to visit. We drove 60 miles for lunch and would do it again:) LOL we actually drove to IKEA. But, you get the point!
