I wish I could give it 4.5! Loved the meats, we had the pulled pork and the beef rib. Having read other reviews about price, I don’t mind paying a good price for excellent BBQ, which we thought it was! The fried Okra was tasty too, as well as the corn bread. I do wish they had other veggies side options like steamed broccoli, but all in all it was super yummy. The prices for the side dishes were a bit high, but we enjoyed our meal and at least for us today the service was very nice too!

Travelled from Omaha Nebraska to Duvall for this bbq and it was worth the trek. Their brisket is amazing as well as the campfire beans, cornbread and Mac and cheese. Sauce has a depth of flavor which is a tightly guarded secret. Staff was friendly and informative and created a fantastic atmosphere for kids and adults. a*

Foodie alert — even the potato salad flavor burst with an exciting blend of spices. Inside there is plenty of airflow with a patio outside shaded by umbrellas. Service was prompt and friendly. The brisket with a side of original BBQ sauce was worth the extra mile on our Snoqualmie River Trail bicycle ride.

I really miss Swift and Savory, better more reasonably priced food options. Was really looking forward to their reopening but when we went in we were shocked at the price for what you get. The food was decent but not at the prices they’re asking. My friend ordered something and it was not delivered, and the staff were fighting us saying we did not pay for the item that we expected. Rather than just providing us the order on an already $70+ meal for 2 people, they made us order it at our expense and we had to wait for it again. Would not recommend unless you know what you’re in for and want to pay for it anyways for the small town tax.

Damn, this place is legit: my wife had pork ribs and the meat literally fell off the bone; I had a burnt-end pork belly sandwich that was fantastic. Their cowboy caviar was the best I’ve ever had. And the waitress was great.

Amazing food and everyone working was doing their absolute best as busy as it was and in a new place!! Inside of the restaurant looks amazing and appreciate the restoration and preservation of a historic space in our town and valley! Have to say again brisket was great, love having the choice between fat and lean; honey butter and cornbread were delicious; chicken was tender and juicy and beans were super tasty!! Will be going frequently thank you for bringing this to Duvall!

My review is based on this being a new location for this business and they are ironing out the system. The food is outstanding, the fatty brisket being my favorite, the rest of the menu items I have tried are equal in quality and are also very good. We have eaten here twice and the crew is working hard to give the best service they can. Very friendly help. The wait was minimal.
