We wanted an inexpensive dinner and this little place fit the bill, for sure. Denise behind the bar was as nice as she could be, and she’d be one of the reasons we’ll come back. I had a Bay Breeze and my handsome dining partner had a Manhattan that was strangely reddish, but he liked it a lot. Piping hot mozzarella sticks started us off, with marinara that was equally hot. Normally we don’t eat Cheese Wiz, but it was one of those days today when it was fine on the fries. We both had small steaks, mine with Cooper Sharp and his was a pizza steak with onions. They were not dry even if they looked it. Really nice people at the bar. I definitely recommend this place.

Great Neighborhood hangout for that upcoming Superbowl event . Restaurant, bar, take out deli on the side. My cheesesteak was fantastic , stuffed with meat it took 2 hands to hold it. The potato salad was good. They have pizzas too.

Tried a few weeks ago to order .. phone kept ringing and ringing .. not abnormal for this place , everyone kinda knows you gotta keep calling to you get someone . Cool no problem . Got picked up and hung up on twice .. when I finally got someone ( John ) I said hey I’m not sure what happened but I got hung up on twice .. “ we’ll you got us now what do you want “ . I didn’t order that night and just said never mind and hung up .

Haven’t had a bad meal here, and the portions are huge. Waitstaff is always pleasant and attentive, though sometimes over whelmed. It’s a small dining area with maybe 10 tables and a full bar. Bar is usually busy with regulars, but they’re very friendly and not drunks. We bring our kids for dinner often . Their hoagie are amazing.

I can honestly say over the many years I’ve never had a sub par meal only really great meals, either at the restaurant or for delivery. Michelle’s meatballs are the best. Cheese steaks with long hots and broccoli rabe and hoagies worth every penny!

Phenomenal spot. First off the resturant and bar area were spotlessly clean. The lunchtime bartender was super helpful with menu suggestions. The hoagies are seriously the real deal. The 6″ hoagies are massive! Coming back to try the rest of the menu.

Delicious food and excellent service! -Jim and Denise are the best. Let’s talk food – Their hoagies are top notch; I bounce back and forth with their old world Italian and their cheesesteak! Their cheesesteak is one of the best around, with 16oz of rib eye steak… I get it with Cooper, fried onions and long hots!

I discovered Amato Bros a few months ago, I consider myself a hoagie maniac, I’ve eaten hoagies all over. This is my all time favorite hoagie. I order the “American” it’s unbelievable. Every bite is better than the next and it’s always consistently amazing. Great service, kind staff. This place is old school in the best way possible. Fresh meats, the seeded bread is perfect. Hats off to Amato Bros for putting in the work to deliver an amazing product. Whoever put less than 5 stars here has no clue what they’re saying, look no further then here for the perfect meal.
