I ordered a “steak and cheese no mushrooms” over the phone and clarified again that I wanted “no mushrooms” when she read back my order. My ticket was written correctly, but I was given a steak and cheese with only mushrooms. The bread was overcooked and the steak was not warm. I returned the meal and I will not waste my time at Amato’s again.

Terrible…i was on 30 min lunch n after I ordered, the lady stands around n after 17 mins she says she didnt know how to make the item!! I ran out of time n had to get my money back no lunch thanx to them I’ll never go bk!

we ordered 2 16 inch pizzas we got 2 9 inch pizzas because they were “out of 16 inch pizza dough” we are trying to feed 6 mouths but only got 12 pieces of small pizza we could all eat a whole pizza! the employees are lazy hey could have made 16″ pizza dough!!
