The food was okay but the big problem was the menu stated lasagna and did not mention meat so my husband ordered the lasagna and when it came it had meat and my husband does not eat meat. That could have been a huge issue but the meat was more of a meat paste. It was weird. The server did take that off our bill and my husband ordered a cheese pizza which was okay. I had a pasta dish which stayed with me all day.

Love this place! Been here on 3 separate occasions over the past 2 years. Off the beaten path for me but worth the drive! Food has been consistently delicious and have ordered different items each time. Service has also been consistent… very friendly, attentive & helpful. Highly recommend!!

I was lucky enough to go to Italy last October, for 3 weeks. The pizza at Amato’s is almost identical to what I had in Rome! I just love it! Wish they would add Aubergine , or chopped eggplant, to their Greek Boy Pizza! Then I could close my eyes and pretend that I was back in Rome!

good food, had to wait some time to get served, atmosphere has very attractive finishes, however the acoustics are poor, very loud, hard to converse. my wife sat in a chair that she said was uncomfortable as the seat was very hard. the booth seats are very comfortable.
