This place is pure perfection. My husband and I were blown away by the exquisite service, beautiful presentation, robust flavors, and end-to-end care that the owners put into everything they do. You can practically taste their passion and meticulous craftsmanship in every dish. Not to go on a tangent, but we’re still reeling from the experience.

I find myself constantly coming back here with multiple different people, wanting to try every single thing on the menu! The food is absolutely unique and delicious, with so many different flavors within all the dishes from the coconut chicken noodle soup to the mohinga. The owner has always come out to greet everyone between cooking dishes while I’ve been there, and everyone is so sweet and friendly. My fiancé and I are looking forward to coming back yet again and eating more of Sato’s delicious food.

This very unassuming restaurant took me by surprise. First, my wife and I were greeted by Ruth—the most attentive, knowledgeable, and quite honestly, intelligent waitresses I’ve ever met. Ruth described the menu so enthusiastically and comprehensively that I decided to try something new instead of my usual “conservative” preferences (this was my first time eating Burmese food).

We’ve eaten in twice with different guests and it’s been unanimous, the food is good! The owners run a relaxed place. The chef/owner and self described dish washer seated us both times. His daughter and self described indentured servant served us cheerfully. We appreciate that the cuisine is distinctively different – it’s not Chinese, Thai, South Indian, Malaysian. Since it’s different, just experiment The tea salad is a crunchy delight. The pork curry isn’t a “curry” but braised chunks in a dry sauce. The 8 entrees we’ve tried have all been different.

This place is not large — four or five tables — and run by a husband and wife assisted by their three daughters. Impeccably clean dining room is separated by a door and a counter from the kitchen and the owners are constantly present in both areas. The friendly and personal attention they give to each guest is that of an entertaining at home.

First off the food here is AMAZING, and the service is just as good. The owner and employees are very friendly and helpful. You can tell this is a great place because every customer is happy to be here and is treated with respect and care. Any option on the menu is a hit, service is above and beyond.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a hidden gem Burmese restaurant and was blown away by the delicious food and generous portions. The curry beef was incredibly flavorful and tender, and the coconut rice was the perfect balance of savory and sweet.

Absolutely loved my experience going here. Really chill atmosphere and the owner is a great guy. It was my first time here and he was so friendly with introducing me to the cuisine. All the food was delicious (fried tofu, seejet noodles (roast duck with garlic)) and I’ll definitely come back to try the other dishes.

This is one of the places where, if I could, I’d give it 6 stars. It’s a little piece of time that I’m going to remember for the rest of my life.

Authentic Burmese food! Love it that they don’t make all their food spicy. Spice s on the side. This place is a must try.
