Just had the best Chinese food, Amazin Buffet is the best restaurant in Springfield. Every item on the buffet was fresh, no joke not a blemish on the lettuce even. Salad bar had plenty of options, all cold and fresh. The fruit bar had great selections all fresh cut. Sushi bar was the largest I’ve seen with all the favorites and more. The hot food sections were all maintained and wonderfully delicious. Hands down the absolute best shrimp I’ve had in a decade may be more.

Walking in the decor and environment is promising, the waitresses are also on point and I was seated almost immediately. The buffet is huge and worthy of the word amazing on the surface. I sampled many things, various shellfish, chicken dishes and so me sushi and lo mein. Also some hot and sour soup.

A buffet opened by the owners of Amazin Asian on East Battlefield. They have a decent selection, above average food quality, and an affordable price. The seafood dishes, like crab legs and crawfish, were kept full which was nice to see. The chef behind the Hibachi grill was experienced which is uncommon. The sushi was surprisingly good considering you’re at a buffet.

Went to try since I read alot of reviews online. The workers were very friendly and welcoming. If you enjoy quantity over quality you’d probably would enjoy. The selection had a variety but food quality was not impressive. The sushi was questionable. The hot foods weren’t fresh and lacked flavor. Over 50% of the tongs everyone was touching were within the food itself. Tongs were even in raw meat which people were grabbing and contaminating other things with raw food bacteria. Wouldn’t be back, and even with how cheap it was, it really wasn’t worth experiencing it.

OMG! Food was fresh and tasted great. It was 6pm busy and they were keeping up pretty well. The sushi bar was top notch. I tried one of about half the bar for a plateful, they all were tasty as they should be , full size, and the chef was constantly putting out another plate. Bravo!

The food is better than most Asian buffets. The crab Rangoon rendition is exceptional, and the crab is so good you cannot stop eating it. The beef and Broccoli and beef and mushrooms are both very well made. Dot forget about the ice cream hidden inside the mini freezer. Staff is great and very pleasant. So many items to enjoy but I can not eat that much even if I only had one bite of everything that is available.

Pretty good selection of items for an Asian buffet, can’t say I was really disappointed with anything, but nothing was outstanding. This is a great place to meet with others to talk; and it’s a decent value. I will definitely go there again, it just won’t be high on my list of “can’t wait to go back”.
