Another one of my favorite places in Breckenridge is (drum roll)… Amazing Grace! This is such an awesome little cafe located a block or so off main street. They have numerous vegan/vegetarian options that are truly delicious.

Very adorable little cafe! The tiny historic house and kitchen made it feel like my food was homemade. They also have vegan breakfast options which are not only so incredibly hard to come by, but hard to do well, and this place delivered. I had the breakfast burrito with spicy tofu and no cheese and it was amazing! Would recommend to anyone!

I was really excited about this place and I’m all about supporting small businesses. I had the Opus and to start with the positives, the strawberry sauce was phenomenal and the portion was sizable and filling. Now for the negatives, the biscuit was dry and flavorless, the way the sandwich was layered was kinda messy and not sure if there was even cheese. Because the eggs were scrambled, it made the dry biscuit even drier. I think if the biscuit recipe was revamped, an option of sunny side up or over easy was added, and maybe some flavor to the spinach like a bit of garlic, this sandwich would be perfect! The latte was also made very well and delicious.

It’s cute but small. It’s more of a grab and go or if you have 2 or less in your party. Seating is not accommodating to more than 3 people. Coffee is good and scone was great. I think for ordering you order first and then sit down…was not sure about that
