Came in today for a quick bite and ended up staying for almost two hours. The food and service was exceptional. Our server Jorge was incredibly friendly and answering all of our questions regarding the the menu and food he Really made our visit A+. The drinks are Amazing. Recommend the butterfly also the sake and tonic. The sushi is very fresh and very good quality. Also the ceviche is awesome. We had the spicy edamame to start and it was so good. For the dessert the flan is out of this world.

If I can rate the food I ordered less than one star, I would. I’ve had tuna crispy rice in other sushi restaurants, as this is one of my favorite dish. Tuna is extremely pale, did not taste fresh at all, the rice was not as crispy as should be, but the worse is the tuna. The Salmon salad at a Japanese restaurant with cheese and croutons, that’s unacceptable, for sure I will never again order any food from this restaurant. Awful experience, and almost $45 later for just this 2 dishes, charging 18% gratuity for pick up.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Amazonia Nikkei Fusion in Miami Lakes, and I was absolutely blown away by the food. The restaurant specializes in Nikkei cuisine, which is a fusion of Peruvian and Japanese flavors. Must visit Miami Lakes Restaurant. The quality of the ingredients is high and the flavors are there. The ceviches are a must try. The duck is amazing. Wonderful place for a nice dinner or just a weekday lunch. They have a lunch menu for $15 and a Happy Hour during weekdays. Decor is tasteful and the furniture is comfortable.

Absolutely amazing food. The short ribs bao is a must try. My favorites were the molleja black bun and the crispy rice. Everything was presented simple but beautifully. Our waiter Hugo was very informative about items on the menu and how to pair items together. Great food, great service!
