The food is good. The service sucks. I made order online and I realize there was no banana pudding on the list so I called the restaurant and ask them to put banana pudding in my order. The young lady who answered the phone told me just put it under one of the desserts and under it write banana pudding. I explained to her that I had already ordered so she said just put it on there anyway so I put it on there. In order to do that you had to do a whole new order. I didn’t realize that the next thing I know I’ve got two orders so I called her back and told her to cancel one of the orders because I only wanted the banana pudding anyway without argument. She told me in plain words I ordered twice and I had to pay for two orders. So for now on they never have to expect me to order anything else from them. You have to be specific when you call them because they will mess up your order. I’m was really thinking about calling my bank and stopping the payment because I shouldn’t have been charged twice for one order that I wanted and the other which I didn’t. I had to pay two drivers tips for the same food and then I only got one banana pudding. Never again ambassador

The fried whiting dinner was great but the fried shrimp dinner was OK but a bit overcooked but what got me upset the most that you guys serve me cold mac & cheese no I don’t know if that’s the store tradition but it should’ve been known to me that you were gonna serve a cold, but overall four stars for sure

I used UberEats to have my food delivered. The tagline is correct, Ambassador does have the best tasting chicken wings around. I do, however, wish that they cleaned the wings a little better. There are always feathers still on the wings. The shrimp are well seasoned and tasty as well. HOWEVER, their macaroni and cheese is a soupy MESS! I could name at least two fast food restaurants that have 10x better macaroni and cheese than Ambassador.
