I had the opportunity to celebrate Father’s Day with my husband, daughter, and family friends. From that moment we arrived, the service and atmosphere was simply superb! Not only was our food delicious but our service was extraordinary! Hugo provided EXCELLENT service and offered amazing details of the menu. The owner Ritz came to visit the entire table and ensured that all of our needs were met. This is the first time but it will definitely not be the last. I encourage all in the valley to visit. You will NOT be disappointed!

One of the best restaurants I’ve had in a while! Loved the atmosphere, service from Sergio, and amazing food. We came to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and we both enjoyed it very much. We had the Mollejas, Denver Steaks, and the Mango Dessert. Everything was 10/10. I will be returning with my family and friends. Sergio was the best!

Great night-out spot. Reservation wait time was acceptable but the wait staff was just running around confused most of the time that said Our waiter was friendly but not too knowledgeable about their menu, I always expect confident and knowledgeable waiters at the higher end restaurants

This was our first time coming here and when I tell you it is worth it no hesitation! The experience was out of this world and I will be trying to come back as soon as possible. Our server Hugo was awesome and I definitely recommend him. He consistently checked in on us and never let us run low on anything. He’s a great server and definitely deserves some kind of recognition for his diligent work!

Phenomenal overall experience!!! The restaurant is so beautiful and love the ambiance. Impeccable service that is unmatched and the staff truly cares about your experience. Delicious, exceptional high quality dishes. Fabulous food and so well presented. I love that the portion sizes are well worth the price. Ambra is not like any other restaurant we have in the valley, we definitely needed a place like this. It is a must try!! The whole experience from start to finish was excellent! Absolutely amazing and I cannot wait to go back! Highly recommend!!

I 100% recommend this place! Our server Killian was super nice and answered all of our questions! Super attentive service from her and everyone in the restaurant! We had the tortellini which was to die for! And then the half chicken which is a big portion and was delicious. We tried their new mangonificent dessert and it was amazing!! Super fresh it’s a perfect light dessert to end a delicious meal!

Everything was “excellent “! My wife and I had a very lovely anniversary dinner, thanks to the amazing staff! The food was so good. My wife had chicken with potatoes and loved her food . I’ve had steak all over the U.S. and I never expected to eat the best steak of my life in The Valley ( not trying to be rude) I savored every bite. We shared some mashed potatoes and asparagus and the mashed potatoes were so amazing. For desert we tried the raspberry cheese cake , this was ok just because I’m not to crazy about goat cheese. We will definitely be going back very soon!

Made a dinner reservation via open table for our wedding anniversary. Came and was seated within those few minutes…with a Happy Anniversary greeting from the hostesses (and again when we left) Wait wasn’t too long for our server to come by but we were acknowledged and noted us that he would be back to take care of us. Leonardo was our waiter and and very polite and attentive one. He even brought out the chef to explain about a cut I was curious about since he was too sure on how to explain in. From the appetizer all the way to dessert we enjoyed every single bit of it. The roasted bone marrow had a interesting take with the ahi tuna chunks…a first for me and delicious. The crispy rice with tuna tartare…would like it a bit more crispier, but nonetheless flavors were on point. The Cabreria bone in fillet minion…hmmm I liked the steak. It was definitely tender and cooked very well….
