I wish I could give this place 6 stars! I really love steak and appreciate a good burger but opted for the chicken this time for health consciousness. It was hands down THE BEST chicken I’ve ever eaten. Their bacon appetizer was also a delicious and fun option. I didn’t have the crab cake, ceviche or snapper but heard from others at the table that they were amazing as well. No surprise that the lava cake (takes 15 minutes as it’s make to order) and creme brulee were also very tasty.

Can’t believe we found this amazing restaurant. Was originally looking for options in the area on Open Table but they aren’t listed. They really should be! What a gorgeous restaurant. Shades of cream & white with big circular booths with soft lighting. The food is incredible and our server Torraine (Sp?) was the best – a true professional and so sweet. Everything was seasoned perfectly and the menu was really well balanced with a lot of different options. Standouts were the wedge salad, surf & turf platter and the key lime pie. The pastry chef really puts her heart & soul in her desserts. We will be back!

Ambrosia has earned its place as one of the top restaurants on 30A, and unquestionably the best happy hour in Santa Rosa / Inlet Beach. The Caymus wine specials and mouth watering small plates make this an absolute favorite establishment from 4-6pm. Incredible compliments are due to management and the waitstaff, which were happy to correct a mistake in our order.

First time here and thoroughly enjoyed it on Mother’s Day. We had a variety of dishes. The bacon sampler was great. Pecan was my favorite. I had an old fashioned and a strip steak as well.

UPDATE: May 2, 2023. We have dined multiple times since the first review I made right after Ambrosia 30A opened. We have always had a 5 star experience and look forward to our next visit, whether it’s in the formal dining room or the beautiful cozy bar!

Food and cocktails were amazing. Grouper with risotto was to die for. Took away one star because the lobster tail in the surf and turf was more the size of a crawfish. Service was wonderful from start to finish. Definitely recommend the pineapple bread and Brussels sprouts!
