American 35 is a family-friendly pizza restaurant in the former American Legion building in downtown Waitsburg. We focus on Neapolitan style pizza, sides, salads and treats. We also have a full cocktail bar with rotating taps. We will also soon have an outside garden for hanging out with family and friends. Come give us a try! Good food, good cocktails, good company.

We stayed in the area to near our son’s wedding. I ended up hosting the wedding rehearsal dinner at our Air BnB, Stella’s Homestead. Tom and Judy, of American 35, personally delivered pizzas and salad. The pizzas were SO GOOD! Tom recommended the fig, rosemary and garlic pizzas. Full of flavor and made with great skill and care. I highly recommend American 35!

DELICIOUS. Such an awesome new addition to Waitsburg. Bloody marys and beer were so good, and the pizza is DIVINE. Gluten free crust is as good as regular which took this pizza place to the next level. Every ingredient used is done so with care and you can taste how fresh everything is. The atmosphere is the perfect blend of small town cozy and modern. I love the local Mary mix and how much time was put into making sure this place supports other local businesses. You should definitely make this place a regular stop. Vanessa gave us great service.

This place serves the best pizza you can find in Eastern Washington, and the small charm town is not lost when you go in. On top of pizza, the appetizers and various green dishes are balanced perfectly. Even if you’re staying in Dayton or WW, this restaurant is well worth the trip.
