Nice out-of-the-way bar. Quaint rustic appeal with a friendly staff. I had a burger and fries for lunch that I would rate almost average, could be better, could be worse. Not so bad I wouldn’t go back however.

Love the upgrades. Just a lil drive to enjoy some down-home cooking and great Montana hospitality. As of this post they don’t have their credit card machine up and running, so bring cash, they also have an ATM- just incase!

so glad they’ve re opened the smash burgers were great and the bacon wrapped shrimp were off the hook truly made a fat boy smile its served with a bacon butter that was in a galaxy of its own!!!

Enjoyed a Saturday watching a football game, then went to the American bar because I have always heard so much about. Lots of nostalgia, very friendly staff, enjoyed a kicked up French dip with Burger Meister onion rings. French dipwith generous amount of roast beef pepperoncini peppers and creamed horseradish was outstanding. Looking for a reason to get back that way as it is a little bit off the beaten path, might just have to make an afternoon drive.
