Outstanding venue with great service and decent food. Seated outside at a white clothed table. Very relaxing with great vibes coming off the other patrons. My cheese burger looked small but was packing a thick texture of beef. The highlight was the herb salmon burger which my date ordered and was twice the size. Unfortunately no beers on tap for brunch, but you can order a Bellini or Mimosa for $16. Easy metered parking in front for $4 hour. Greenwich is definitely bourgeoisie. Very packed young beautiful crowd. Overall a wonderful experience. The gorgeous Maitre D at the door was very welcoming and pleasant in a striking fuchsia dress. No reservations but we were seated immediately

Young crowd and turn of the century American ambiance. giving this establishment 5 stars for its service. my boyfriend has a number of food sensitivities due to a gut imbalance and ongoing bacterial condition and American Bar was able to accommodate his gluten free, dairy free, and no red meat diet. he ordered a king salmon and they were kind enough to swap out the orzo for forbidden rice to accommodate his gluten free needs. I got a pork Milanese (not gluten free and nothing special but still good). Ultimately we really appreciated the accommodating wait staff and fine dining ambiance of this place.

This place gets five stars for two things: our excellent waitstaff and the whipped ricotta appetizer. I don’t know what they season the ricotta with but it was transcendent. The drinks, hip-young atmosphere, and salad burger, and ice cream sandwich we shared were also solid. I would come back, and think this is a cute spot for a date or a nice long catch up with a friend.

Super cute atmosphere and touch. Went out with a couple of friends and really really loved it. Started out with the ricotta, the salad, and a martini. Really loved the whipped ricotta and the dressing of the salad. For entree split the cod and the salmon. My favorite was the cod- cooked really well and good portion size. We ended we sticky toffee pudding which was ok but really enjoyed everything else. Service was amazing and definitely recommend.

I was really excited to come here after hearing great things, but for me, it didn’t live up to the hype. The tuna app was pretty good, my salad was mediocre at best. I have to say, the best part of our meal was the French fries (not pictured). It’s NY, so everything was pretty expensive. Server was attentive tho.

Came here around 5:30pm in a Sunday and there were open spots at the bar. I got the Paloma and then switched to a non-alcoholic cocktail. They didn’t have mocktails on the menu, but the bartender made one that was very good! The overall vibe was classy

The spinach artichoke dip is to die for. It is an absolute favorite and you need to order it. We also ordered the lobster pasta and burger which were both solid. We were seated in the outdoor heated tent and really enjoyed it and appreciated the quality service we received here.

Hands down, one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time. We lucked out and went on a night where there had a 28 day barrel aged NY strip as one of the specials, so you know I have to try it. I had it with the red wine shallot sauce and it was perfecto. I also tried the spicy lobster pasta which was amazing. I hear the burger is one of the best in the city so I will be back to try it. Great cocktails, great vibes, great service.
