Steak was excellent and prepared add ordered. Good selection of drinks of every variety. The wait to be seated, even with reservations, was too long, however, after testing the steak, along with the great sides, it was worth it. Even the caramelized carrot side was fantastic.

Very disappointing. This place was very noisy, even though many tables were unoccupied. The chopped salad contained minute amounts of what was supposed to be in it, except for the cheese and copious amounts of lettuce to make it look like a larger serving. Pity the lettuce was bitter. 3 of us ordered steaks. The fillet was apparently ok (not more). The NY Strip was ordered “very rare” and arrived medium to well, and tough. The steak from the children’s menu was ordered “medium – rare” and arrived burnt to a char and about the size of a single chicken tender. Two orders of wood grilled salmon were served overdone and dry. The vegetarian selection left one of our party leaving hungry, having eaten only a bowl of bitter lettuce with a sample of other ingredients. All the servings were extremely over-salted, especially the steaks and the French fries. As intended by restaurants, this over-salting prompted significantly more beverages than usual, naturally priced at a premium. When we were winding down and nearing the end of our meal, the serving staff which had till now been fairly decent, were suddenly in a rush to clear out plates away (even while there was still food on them) and bring the bill faster than fast. For the price charged for this badly prepared meal, we could have fed our family three times at the diner down the road, and received much better quality…

Wow, what a change in this place. Please don’t read any review over a month and a half old. New Chef, new G.M., new floor manager, a few new servers, and a couple new bartenders. Whoever owns this place finally got a clue and hired real restaurant people to run the show here. Food was great, service was personable and accommodating, restaurant design was stunning, and the Management team was on top of everything. We’ll certainly be back and thank you Stephanie (bartender) for making us feel special.

Excessive use of salt in cooking steaks and chicken. A good piece of aged beef hidden by excessive salt. Char was limited or perhaps stymied by the salty covering. Limited craft beer selection, as in 1 IPA at a rate beer score of 88. Parking is valet, so beware what vehicle you bring hear. Noisy atmosphere, playing old school rock. Very attentive staff..they give 100%.

Tried this place out because I’ve been to other locations in TriBeCa and Atlantic City. Unfortunately it does not keep up with the American Cut standard. Food was bland, steak was veiny, and service was as sub-par. It’s decent looking location but I understand that they invested $5 million in the restaurant. If you spend this type of money then you should also invest in proper training for front and back of the house

My husband and I went to have a quite dinner, but unfortunately it was very loud. The food and service were excellent. So if you want great food and service and go with a big crowd, this is the place to go. If you want a quite place to eat, then I don’t recommend it.
