Customer service was great, young lady behind the counter was very friendly. I got the Philly and wing combo, food was just ok for me. Wings real tiny and the sandwich was decent. Didn’t really like the garlic parm sauce on my wings, I think would be better if was a dry rub. All in all I’d go back because they have other items I’d try.

I’ve been to American Deli four times in my lifetime all within a year. I’ve only been to two of their I think 5 locations here in Charlotte. I went to this location because I was shopping at a nearby family Dollar store. This location is pleasant considering the area is a little run down due to age and some current construction work being done to the area. It’s just off the light rail line but the store is clean and the staff workers are friendly and provide excellent service. The philly cheese steak combo is my favorite made with fresh ingredients and always cooked perfectly. And it’s still warm once I take the light rail back home.

I tried to call my order in and the business did not answer the phone. I placed my order at the counter when I arrived. I got home and realized they gave me ham instead of turkey when I bit into my salty sandwich. I called to report this and they did not answer the phone.

Wings are always crispy and don’t be surprised if you get some that’s just so little it’s not even a chicken wing. Overall flavor for wings are great! I also got the fried rice with it which was ok. The rice was very oily and buttery and I believe the portion is just a little to big but on the plus side you will have some for the next day. If in area I may visit this location again!

Bad enough when I got there my order was wrong and I had to wait an additional 20+ minutes , as I’m eating my food I find this. Like y’all can’t be serious. I’m sooooo good on American Deli , highly doubt I’ll be eating here again.

The cashier that worked tonight needs to be fired. She always leaves you on hold and never picks back up if you call within a hour of Closing time. Tonight she put me on hold, if I called back the phone was off the hook or she’ll answer and not say anything. This only happens when she works.

The wings are super small and I ordered a 20 piece that was fried again because they were so hard and tiny! I called and asked to speak with the manager and the lady said the manager was not in and all they could do is as take my number and have the manager call me back! The manager never called back! So I called back the next day and the manager just said bring the wings back in and they will make some more! I didn’t save the wings so I only have the receipt. I trashed the wings because they literally wasn’t anything anyone could eat! Poor management and they definitely didn’t satisfy me as a customer
