Had the garlic Parmesan wings & the medium wings. Worse tasting wings I have ever had. Small wings, no actual seasoning on the meat. The garlic Parmesan was really bad. Can’t recommend, nor will we eat the food again.

Today I went to American Deli (7/25/22) for the first time at the mall and I was pleased! I got the burger and wings combo that came with a drink and added fries with it. It was good, especially those wings! Whoever made my food did an excellent job and took out all the things I didn’t want off my burger (I am picky lol). One thing I will say though is that the lemonade tasted a bit funny and too sweet and watery but overall I wouldn’t mind going back there again and hopefully I’ll have the same experience again.

It was by far the most disgusting over $30 for a slab of meat on hard sub with slice cheese you buy in the plastic pieces. My son’s fries were cold and limp. Asked for extra ketchup and mayo and placed will pay extra. I wouldn’t have even given to q dog to eat. I sent a review thru door dash and because of the complaint they reviewed and said that my review didn’t meet the criteria. What is the purpose of a review if can’t say what really was. I will let everyone and I know a lot of people in Charleston and highly recommend to not go there.

Poor service. I ordered their food I did door dash. All the wing burnt and hard. You call you and can’t ever get through. I will never order there again. They will get the chicken I paid for back, I want a full refund.

If I could give a zero I would. Customer service was horrible. Several workers were on the phone while taking and making orders. One girl insisted on showing the world her tongue ring. I waited almost 20 min for 1 sandwich never ever again. Whatever happened to taking pride in your job.
