Giving out old food, unprofessional, hung up when asked for a manager, stated manager was there, then stated no manager was there. Do not waste your time or your money! Look at ALL the 1 star reviews!! DoorDash needs to remove them immediately and they need to get a health inspector there ASAP!! How do you order extra crispy wings and they are ready right after! Arrived soft and fatty! Had to order at Mama Wings!

The worst service of any American Deli we have been too. When calling in my order the girl on the phone kept asking me if I was done after every dish I ordered. Then when I said yes she just hung up on me without giving me a total. This is the 3rd time we tried eating here and the service was horrible every time. There wasn’t one time that they had the order completely right either. We will not be going back and will be going to another wing restaurant entirely.

Today I ordered 3 10 piece wing combos. I asked for my food to be cooked crispy. I recieved my order and it was not cooked the way i asked. I originally asked in a very polite manner. One girl upfront throws her neck and gets an attitude the other girl is simply looking confused and dumb. These chics they have up front are the most unprofessional females I’ve ever met in my life!!! They are the definition of hood!!! Never again will I ever give this establishment another penny of my hard earned money!!!

I ordered online the boneless wings and a chicken finger combo. Both meats were overcooked and hard. There was more batter than meat on them both. Some of The wings were burnt.

Quality and portion of food has declined over the past few years. The service is super ghetto (yeah I said it. Who gon check me boo?) I don’t know when it started but they do not prepare call in orders until you arrive and pay. So, be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes for your food even though you called ahead. The taste of the food was much better before. I think maybe there are new owners and they are using cheaper ingredients. Trash food, trash service

The food we ordered was not good. My family and I ordered whiting plates and we could immediately tell the fish was old and had been refried. It was hard and flaky. I would not recommend a dog to eat here. You try to support small business but this is really disappointing. They were very wrong for that, please do better.

PLEASE DONT COME HERE! I should have went to the one on West Ave (name changed to Mama’s Wings and Deli) but I was on this side of town and I was in a hurry. The food came out terrible. Nothing like a real American deli wings. Even the fries looked undercooked. PLEASE GO TO THE ONE ON WEST AVE (Mama’s Wings and Deli). DO NOT COME HERE. TERRIBLE, seriously.

My son went to this location just prior to closing on 1/16/2020 and got what didn’t passed as a chicken salad. It included an okay amount of shredded chicken, lettuce and banana peppers. The rest was 6 pickle slices and 3 1/2 cucumber slices swimming in liquid from something. I don’t even know what they charged him for this but it was entirely too much for what I got as you can see from the pictures. I tasted the liquid and it wasn’t any type of salad dressing that I have ever purchased. SHAME ON YOU!!
