Store is pretty clean. They have good music playing. I ordered my food and realized the prices are ok but a tad higher than some places. But not terrible. My 10 piece wing combo was ready in less than 3 minutes. Wasn’t mad about that but my fries weren’t super hot and kinda old. Their Family Gold sauce is pretty good.

I placed an order for myself, my son and daughter in law. I ordered the 3 piece fish combo with wings and a drink. When my daughter in law gets back home with the food, the fish was fried extremely hard to the point it was not enjoyable. I called the restaurant spoke with Ethan who advised that I had to come back the same day. I come to the restaurant around 7 p.m. to have the fish replaced so I asked could they add a small batch of fries since I was inconvenienced to have to come back to their restaurant due to their mistake. The young lady said her manager said no because I only called in about the fish. All I can do is laugh because from today on, my family and I will not be ordering from here. From a customer service point of view, American Deli is not giving me money for gas or my time back to correct their mistake so a order of $3 fries would have satisfied me as a customer.

This is about the 3rd or 4th time that I have visited this location since ownership changed. You have hired a bunch of kids playing around flicking their hair, typing on the cell phone when they are the ones responsible for food handling. I refused to purchase any food from this location. I went yesterday and trying to support local business and the young man behind the counter on his cell phone not even bothered that a customer walks up to the counter.

I have to say, this probably would have been 4 star, if I hadnt been to the Snellville location so often. I ordered the Philly, and it was pretty good. However, the one at the Snellville location is quite literally twice as big. The one I got here was all bread. In fact, if you look at the picture I included, you would be hard-pressed to know what kind of sandwich it was. The wings were just as good as the other location. But if you want a Philly, I would suggest the Snellville location, or Philly Connection down the road in Loganville

We had a large tray of fries in our order, specifically asked for extra crispy (an option it asks if you’d like)…..what we got was a large container of soggy, unseasoned fries that we paid way too much for. Disappointing to say the least. Why offer an “extra crispy” French fry option if you’re just going to toss in whatever fries you want? Yuck. Won’t order them again since they don’t pay attention.
