I’ve had to compare this location to the Jimmy Carter location. This one definitely has way better wings HANDS DOWN! It was my first time trying the fish and it was really good; well seasoned. The restaurant is clean.

This used to be my and my coworker’s favorite place to get lunch… unfortunately ever since new management/owner took over this place has completely gone down hill and lost our business. When you call to place an order you are told they won’t start it until you COME IN AND PAY! What’s the point of taking call ins then? We are literally on a timed lunch! And on top of that the food has completely lost it quality and freshness that it used to have before.

The food here is good and when the owner is around so is the service but when he’s not around the people on the counter just seem stupid. I ordered a hamburger and the lady said they only have beef burgers. wow. Then when I came in to pick it up she said they don’t start cooking it until I pay for it. What’s the purpose of calling it in? Do they not realize we are trying to expedite it because we are on our lunch break. Again this only happens when the owner is not there. I guess i’ll start going to prime wings across the street.

Food was ordered through door dash and was very exceptional. Only complaint I have is to pay attention to customer details. I ordered seasoned fries, not plain. And I thought sides of yum yum sauce came with a big order of fried rice.

This american deli i have some good and some bad, but my last straw is making me late to work when i called ahead. First off, when i called it seemed like the female on the phone was rushing me to get off and sounded like she had an attitude. I called at 3:30 placing an order and was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Pulled up at 3:32 and they didn’t even start making it yet. She went to let the cook know saying “Don’t be mad, it’s just one order” which i assume was a joke, but regardless being in the food industry you either make the food or don’t in my opinion. I then waited at least 10 minutes till it was ready with no apology for taking longer than it was expected or anything to try and play it off. I can make a couple minute longer drive to the next one where people seem to actually care about their jobs.

This is under new management for 2 weeks. We tried it 2 weeks ago wasn’t happy. Tried it today again was not happy. I called the establishment spoke with the manager. I explained to him this was a terrible meal. He said nothing. I gather he didn’t understand he transferred red the call to a worker. I told her the order was not what we ordered. She insisted it was I explained to her soft does not mean uncooked. I told her I wasn’t going to write a bad review. Give them an opportunity to fix this horrendous meal. She had the audacity to say is that it. I said oh yes that is it. Not only does the food sucks so is the customer service don’t go there the food is not quality. I miss Huan the former owner. They deserve no stars but you can’t post with out 1 star. Don’t try them don’t waste your money and insult your tastebuds.

Not crazy about the new management/staff. The guy at the register was more interested in whoever he was texting with than to acknowledge I was standing in front of him for a couple of minutes. Then he just walked to the back with no explanation. I used to LOVE the fried rice here, now it’s just bland flavor, cheap chicken, and mushy vegetables. Another lunch spot bites the dust
