Normally when I go here the cashier is always on their cell phone, but I overlook it as long as my order is correct plus they be young. I went to this location on August 11, 2022. They were suppose to open at 11am, but by 11:10am I tried to open the door, but it was still locked. The lady took her time to unlock the door and walked away like she didn’t want to be there. She didn’t open the door to at least speak and welcome me in, so I turned around and left. It’s sad that people treat they customers like this and risk losing paying customers. It’s too many places to eat at that offers better customer service. She needs some customer service training and start opening on time.

Their customer service suck!! The lady who answered the phone was rude!! Instead of hearing my concerns regarding my order and how I never received my food she chose to go back and forth with me about it and then canceled my order…instead of admitting they gave my food to the wrong person… I will never spend my money in a place that doesn’t respect me as a customer!! Need all new staff

First visit…wasn’t sure what to order tried lemon pepper wings (wet) with chicken fried rice $13.49. Wings were covered in this ‘sweet’ lemon sauce that was absolutely awful…the rice was flavored with the chicken that had been marinated in some spices that must have been an acquired taste. Needless to say I was not prepared for those flavors. Absolutely complete waste of money, I will never ever go there again!! Yuck I mean yuck!!!

BAD DECISION
I don’t know what kind of sauce they using for the hot wing sauce but it was so disgusting I would never go to this one again the best American Deli in the state is Kennesaw of Cherokee Street that’s the best one I have ever taste I’ve been there so many times and they have not failed me yet
