An order was placed for a lamb gyro and 5 piece wing meal with everything on it with light onions at the Jonesboro Rd, Mcdonough location. I drove through a rainstorm to pick up the order and when I arrived at home, to my surprise and unwrapped the sandwich, there were only onions and nothing else on the sandwich I ordered. Management did not accommodate me for the inconvenience and expected me to drive back multiple miles through the rainstorm to their establishment to bring the order back for replacement. A credit should have been given for their error, but management refused. The weather was rainy and I should not had to have been inconvenienced to bring the food back.

Horrible. I called before I came to make sure they had honey garlic they said they indeed did have it. I got there and they gave me garlic Parmesan. I changed it to honey lemon pepper which they said in my face they had and it was just lemon pepper.

They need to change their name. Fries were so crispy that they were inedible and wings were fair regarding crisp. However wings were drowning in a sauce that tasted nothing like what I ordered. I will never be back. I prefer the location on Hudson Bridge.

The owner (Asian gentleman) at this location scolded me for coming in close to closing time. Unacceptable for a paying customer. Unless the door is locked, you shouldn’t complain about making money. Poor customer service here.

Ordered a 30 piece lemon pepper carry out. Something told us to count the wings when we got home. There were only 22 wings. Tried to call them to advise of the mistake and their phone had a constant busy signal. We have never had an issue with this location before. Very disappointed we were robbed of 8 wings. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a 40 piece split with honey hot, lemon pepper and buffalo with vegetable fried rice. By time I got home split up the box and started eating and we all noticed there was no lemon pepper seasoning on the chicken. The buffalo was decent and the honey hot was just hot no honey. The fried vegetable rice was bland af. The rice was bloated like precooked or something. The only thing I could taste was really the onion which were huge chunks. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this location anymore I should’ve went with Wing Hut On Hudson bridge, they’re fried rice is authentic with real vegetables and egg. But I was Right next to American deli and took my chances. Never again.
