Bad service! I waited 30 mins for my 10 pc boneless wings, I walked up to the counter to inquire about my order 3 times and they kept telling me it was coming up just to find out that my order has been sitting on the counter right beside the “sleepy head” guy that works there who didn’t think to open/check the order. Then, he had the nerve to lie after I spoke to the manager & said he showed me the food. I’m asking how did you show me the food when you told me to wait 2 more mins & you’re asking the crew “where are the boneless wings?” Oh, I spent over $50 for my order & the food was HORRIBLE! Smh, do better. I will never go back

Service was great. The young lady who took our order was very pleasant. The wings at this location are delicious (unlike the near rancid tasting ones at the location near my home). Burger was good, but so overloaded with toppings that the bun got soaked and I couldn’t finish it. The fries were freshly cooked and A1.

I ordered the Deli combo which comes with wings and a Sub sandwich I told the cashier I wanted everything on it. When I made it home and open my plate I noticed I had fired that I did not order because they charge extra for them my Sub sandwich was just thrown together and falling apart. The bottom bun was soggy and the fries was cold. I use to love this particular American Deli years ago but it’s a total different experience there no I will not be back I would give 0 stars if I could.

I placed an over the phone order late “new year’s eve… I don’t celebrate pagan holidays so yeah). The person who took my order seemed kind of rushed but that was fine I didn’t care that much I ignored that, after she took my order she didn’t give me a total and I was multitasking so I hung up .I realized I didn’t get a total so I called back and it took a good few minutes to get a total. I should’ve noticed the big waving red flag when I gave my phone number and she said nobody has placed any recent orders… excuse me ma’am?? I was JUST on the phone and gave you my order. Nonetheless I repeated that I did in fact just place an order and she put me on hold for about 2-3 mins or more and finally gave me a total. Why did my nephew get there to pick up my order (to which I did specify I wouldn’t be picking the order up when I called and placed the order initially.. for reference it was a 50 pc wing order). Anyway, they told my nephew there was no such order and my sister had to place the order herself. This was my first time coming to American deli in years and my first time using this location since I’m not from nor do I reside in the Stockbridge area. Just unprofessional and unpleasant to say the least…first impression of this place is not good at all
