First of all, the countertops are sticky and dirty. They have not been wiped down. The floor was a little bit better, but not by much. The area where they keep the tomatoes and salad helpings were open and everything in there was old looking and dry out. The place was filthy. There is no way I or any paton of American Deli should even go in to that place, much less eat any food out of it. The staff is just as dirty as the inside. When I told the crazy looking lady at the register my concern, she started making crazy animal noises at me and the other 2 employees joined her. I know you have a camera, you need to look at who you have running your business down. I wish you no success.

Okay the cute little skinny boy with his pants sagging did a great job today. He held the door open, greeted me, and then went back to the kitchen and made me the BEST philly I’ve had in a long time! The wings were okay. But that sandwich tho! You go boy. The prices are way high but such is 2023.

This store is the worst American deli I have ever been to. Never go to this store. Too ghetto and hood for me, the cashier looked like she wanted to run. The food was over cooked and hard. The store need to be shut down and not opened again.

I paid for 30 wings. They gave me 21. I didn’t count until I got home. I’ve called them 10 times no one is answering the phone. I still have my receipt. I’d like this remedied. I’ll change my review if it is. If someone can contact me back that would be great.

I agree with the reviews this place is horrible got some lemon pepper wings the wings taste like they be sitting out and the lemon pepper taste like detergent. Please don’t eat here. I am calling the GA Dept of Health they need to know.The people there ghetto.

Only giving 1 star because I can’t give zero. I’ve been going to this place for years and it used to be excellent. But unfortunately, management has changed several times and it’s gotten progressively worse. In the past year, there have been at least five different occasions when I’ve tried to get dinner only to be told the grill is already closed. They close at 9:00 and each time, I had arrived before 8:00-8:30.

Been going here for years and this was my favorite American Deli but recently it has turned GHETTO leading to the food not being made like it suppose to. Philly had so many onions that all I tasted and the hot wings just didn’t taste right. I had to plead and case like I was in court to get my money back wasting more of my time.(staff wear bonnets and one girl was literally eating a wing while opening my tray of food)

OMG!! This establishment is horrible. I went in for a Philly & Steak. The cashier asked the cook if he want to turn the grill back on. He said, only if I give him a tip. Never in my life have I experienced customer service like that. This place deserves a 0.
