I ordered from Uber Eats. The driver was pleasant and efficient. However, my order was wrong and when I tried to call the store (Chamblee) the call went straight to voice mail. After placing an order from the app. the app suggested add on. I added wings and my dressing. I didn’t receive them. The total was over 25.00 so I should’ve received 5.00 dollars off. No wings and no discount. This was a painful experience.

Terrible customer service and terrible ownership But I expect that from those people that work up there. I ordered on Uber eats and I got the 10 piece with extra crispy and all drum. Extra crispy and all drum cost about 75 cent each so I paid for it. When it came I didn’t have the all drums or the extra crispy but of course you know they charged me. They obviously don’t pay attention to what people order or they don’t care. I think it’s because they just don’t care. And if you go up there and look at those type of people they actually look like the type of people they don’t care about anything or anyone unless they look and talk like them. Uber eats didn’t give me my money back because they said the store doesn’t do refunds. So I would advise people to not order from Uber eats at the store and honestly I won’t be going back at all.

I wish they had more parking spots available or atleast spots dedicated for patrons. I ordered the Atlanta special lol (lemon pepper wet and honey mild wings with a peach drink). I wasn’t able to call ahead and place my order. I’ve noticed that is typical of American Deli’s but they would get some much more business with a person dedicated to only taking food orders especially peak hours Fri-Sun. I would have placed my order online it was almost double the price than in store. Summary: terrible parking, great wings.

This place is gross. I haven’t eaten my food yet but the inside is dirty. They have an 83 sanitation grade. Also this location doesn’t let u pour ur own drinks. I told the guy to wait until aft my food was ready to fix drinks and he still did it anyway. No sir pour them out. I don’t want watery drinks. This is my 1st time coming to this location and probably last. I prefer the Duluth location.

Order from here using DoorDash. They got my order wrong and when I try to call them and let them know it just goes straight to voicemail. Their phone number is not a real phone number apparently. Luckily doorash was able to refund me because they put mushrooms on my Philly and I ordered it explicitly without mushrooms. And the wings I got were hard like they had been sitting around all day. I’ve heard good things about American deli but apparently it wasn’t this location.

Store phone NEVER works. They don’t pay attention to directions at all given to them. Just received my food, all legs, no flats. My fried rice steak in it i asked for just rice. My fries have no seasoning salt on them. all of this prints out on ticket! drinks still have ice in them, i specifically asked for no ice because drinks get watered down by the time they reach customers.

So, editing my review a bit, when American Deli first arrived they were actually really good. In the past year or two I feel like they have really declined. The wings don’t seem as thoroughly cooked, or good. The fries are still decent. I honestly don’t mess with much of the rest of the menu.
