Wings are way over cooked and dried out. The wings are to small for the money they want you to pay for them. Poor customer services . We got lemon pepper wings a month ago and it was the same thing. You can’t find quality wings in Winder. If you want some good wings that are decent price and bigger I would suggest going somewhere else. Save your money and go to Buffalo Wild Wings instead, you get a better meal with bigger wings and better customer service. The chicken here is on crack !

Every time I order from here on Uber eats they ALWAYS CANCEL MY ORDER THEN THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE! I order two hours before closing so they can’t say I ordered last min! Waste of time and don’t value any of their customers. It’s ridiculous. My orders are over $100 and they don’t care to answer the phone to tell me they cant make it. They are the worst!!!! DONT GO HERE !!!

We visit often but tonight is ridiculous! They gave my order to someone else. They asked me to wait for them to create it so I said okay. 30 minutes later, they did but made it with onions when I said no onions so almost 45 minutes here and still nothing. You need to get your front counter people in check instead of on their phone and talking.

Great in-person and door dash delivery experience. I’ve ordered three times. The first two orders were wet lemon pepper wings delivered by door dash, and the third-order was dry lemon pepper wings picked up by me in person this evening. The cashier was friendly and very attentive. My food was made fresh and was piping hot to the touch, which is precisely what I prefer. Who wants cold, soggy wings? No one! So glad this is down the road from me.

Do not patronize the establishment. The owner is very rude and arrogant. He has no value in customer service. My order was wrong. Wrong flavor of wings and everything. In order to get the correct order he was trying to make me spend $40 again. And was so arrogant about it. I will never order from this establishment again. They can’t get food right and are not accountable for their actions. They shouldn’t get anyone money. The food was horrible. Fries were soggy and had hot sauce all over them. Wing had a horrible after taste. All this and then the food was disgusting. Save your money.

I come all the time to pick up deliveries. I asked the young lady why was it so hot in the building she said the air was broken OK that’s the first time. Since I came back the first time the air was fixed . I asked again why was it so hot in the building she said the manager would not lower the temperature . I looked at the thermometer it said 86 degrees inside with the air being fixed. Know one should have to work in those hot conditions that’s why people don’t want to work for these companies nowadays. They treat they’re employees like they are nobody.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE LADY WORKING BEHIND THE REGISTER DURING LUNCH HOURS LOOKS LIKE SHES MISSERABLE AND HATES HER JOB. My food sat on the counter getting cold while I stood there waiting on her to put her phone down!!! No Thank you have a nice date or anything…. JUST RUDE!!!
