My experience 101
I eat here regularly because of my husband and son. However, the mild lemon pepper wings are almost always too salty but my son and husband love them. If they could take them down a notch on the salt, the result would be a lot more regular customers. However, it’s friendly service and kindness that keeps me returning.

This location in University Mall has to be under new management. The food is disgusting. I ordered lemon pepper wings, and I am still trying to figure out what I actually received. The online menu is different from the menu in the store. How do you not offer dry lemon pepper wings? Never again. I will only go to the 69 South location from now on. I could have put that $11 to better use. The only reason why I gave one star is because I couldn’t post this review if I didn’t.

I believe a regular change of cooking oil would shoot this place up to 5 stars! Lol! The food (I got the fried shrimp) was really good, except for that hint of “need to be changed” grease. Other than that, no issues. It’s in the mall, but not overcrowded, and most of the employees are super nice.

If you like ACTUALLY crispy and delicious wings, go to American Deli. I only go there for their wings because honestly they are delicious and actually crispy, juicy and full of flavor. Fries arent soggy, what more can I say.
