Worst customer service. They’re unsanitary had to to threaten cdc on them two years ago because they had hair in my food. Took off from the for about 6 months came back to give them another try just to have plastic from God knows where inside my plate. Then the guy cooking was looking at me side ways talking in another language before they served my plate. Oh yea let me bring up another time. The Asian looking dude that works the register wiped his nose one time right before handing me my drinks. They are disgusting. Tbh I’ll drive to Tuscaloosa, Tupelo before I eat at this establishment again. Hell I’ll drive all the way to Atlanta before I eat American deli at Leigh Mall or 82 again. They’re customer service and sanitation is on the same level as churches chicken on Main Street. Whoever the owner is you and all your workers are garbage. They be playing loud gangster music on 82. The cooks will walk right out in the middle of an order to go smoke a cigarette and complain about how they’re supposed to been off. While I’m just sitting here waiting on a 40 dollar meal that doesn’t even equal up to the value of what I paid. CDC GO DO A SURPRISE CHECK ON THEM I GUARANTEE THEY FAIL.

Not from Mississippi from Birmingham AL our American Deli has the works I came here asking for honey mustard sprinkle with lemon pepper the young lady so we don’t have that I said ok well give me lemon pepper with Cajun ranch fries she said she’d you from I flatlined when she asked that but the food was great!

I order a Philly and wings combo. And I asked for no mushrooms on my sandwich and they still made my sandwich with mushrooms. I’m allergic to them. I didn’t even my sandwich had them into I bite into it and had to be rushed to the hospital for treatment. I literally had to leave my job b/c I was on my lunch break. And my job is 15 minutes outside of Columbus. And this was a disappointment plus my wings was dry. And not mild at all and they didn’t even add my lemon pepper sprinkles.

I loved their Philly Cheese Steak and Fries. You get Your money’s worth. I loved their Wings too. I would give them 5 stars but most of those Cashiers are Not too Friendly. I just go there occasionally for the Good Food

3 stars only because of the food. Best wings in town however the girls working the register think you are there for their amusement. You walk up to place your order AND when they decide to get off phone or talking to other people they just stare at you like what the h@@l do you want. So after you figure out her blank stare means place your order, you do so, then you have to guess how much it is because again she cant tell you because shes on the phone. So you read the register and pay and then she gives you your change and receipt and thank Gid your done so she can continue her conversation without you disrupting her. Again, the food is great and the guys cooking are awesome but the cashiers need gone.

My favorite place to eat. Has the VERY BEST WINGS!! Love this place. I go eat there very time I get to go home. And when I’m traveling for work, I miss this place. First place I eat when I get home. Don’t change a thing guys. Y’all are awesome!!!!!
