What a waste!! Should of known when I pulled in & saw very little cars in the lot. SERVICE WAS A JOKE!!!!! Only 3 tables being served with 2 waiters. Should be great service, right?? NOT!!! Watered down chocolate milk, hash browns soaked in oil. Could not take more than a bite. Burned,dried out sausage. Eggs under-cooked. Pancakes were actually good but no syrup. Syrup in little cups have to keep getting up for more because waiter got lost. Never will I return until under new management. First time in my 50+ yrs I did not leave a tip. STAY AWAY!!!!

Terrible Diner! I’ve got years of experience eating in diners across America, and this place is the worst. Don’t be fooled by the fancy looking building. We went in for breakfast, they gave us 1 orange juice that was almost all water, like we wouldn’t notice, and they served us the heel of the bread as toast. We had 2 orders of toast with our breakfasts and both we bread heels. I have never been served the heel of a loaf of bread anywhere I found it very insulting and unprofessional. Aside from that wait staff service was poor, food was tasteless, being served the heel was too much though. I will never be back.

Over priced and meh food. I ordered corned beef hash well done and I get heated through canned hash. Prices are higher than a Manhattan diner but poorer quality. They should focus less on annoying red neon inside and put it towards food quality.

If you are in a hurry, tired, or super hungry seeking for a delivery option, this place is definitely not for you!!! Just had a terrible experience trying to order from this place. We called and placed a delivery order at 11:58pm. This was a very simple order: dumplings and veggie penini. After one hour from our first call, we contacted them to find out how much longer it would be taking, given the fact that my husband and I were exhausted after a 15hr shift. The woman who answered the phone told us that our order was on its way and should be getting here in 10-15min. 35 later I called them again and the same lady asked me to wait as the driver was only 3 mins away. We work in the restaurant industry and we are very understanding of mistakes and delays. So we waited another 20 minutes until finally deciding to cancel. We are staying at the Crowned Plaza, and according to the woman, the driver attempted to delivery but was told that our room did not requested any service and so the driver went back with our food. When I questioned why didn’t they call me, she said they tried calling but I did not pick up (lie!!!). I cancelled the order and called the Plaza’s front desk to find out if any delivery attempt was made – the answer was NO!!! I have no missed calls either. It was extremely disrespectful of them to make us wait this long without attempting to contact us to explain the delay. Maybe the driver never found the place, and it would’ve been totally fine IF they’ve called me to confirm the address. Lesson learned!

I’ve eaten here and had the typical diner breakfast, nothing to write home about. Did try to place a take out order for dinner using the menu they have posted on their website and the person who answered the phone basically denied my order. He told me they had a new menu and none of the items I asked for existed (or apparently ever existed). He gave me to his “manager” who was even more clueless. Needless to say, I didn’t order food from there that night.

I just recently started working nearby so i said “Let me give this place a try” ive come to regret a few to many choices in life but eating here is definitely not one. The food, the early to mid 90’s theme, the service all perfect. The portion sizes to cost is alright not too cheap, not too expensive. Over all id say, don’t think over, do your self a favor eat at this fine establishment.
