When we got there there was only two people in the restaurant. The food was okay. The liver and onions were kind of bland unions were kind of burnt. I ordered pork chops and french fries. The pork chops were cooked well but they definitely needed a little more seasoning. Our waitress was nice polite make sure our coffee was filled.

Inside looked nice and clean, thought the food was decent until getting sick later in the day. As a local that has visited before, I was in awe of how bad the service was. The waitress had an attitude you would see on TV as a joke, rude comments about food selection, short abrupt answers with no real customer service skills. During the end of our meal, witnessed 2 tables walk out before even getting drinks due to the attitude and atmosphere inside. Very sad as I know this is not the owners fault. This was the first time I’ve ever felt the need to not tip. Will not be back.

Restaurant is clean and inviting. The selection was good and food tasted great as well. While there the waitress was rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was the worst of all. We were there an hour before closing and witnessed two tables walk out before being seated or served. It feels like we inconvenienced this establishment by visiting for lunch this afternoon.

Friendly staff quick to greet. Is a seat yourself facility. Small dinning room yet cozy family setting. Heard others in house enjoy food an profess they will be back. I probly will be back with the kids as well. Food is great Love the Wisconsin Omelet. No one have an omelet like i want listed on menu. But these folks

Hidden gem of Rapids! Once we found it, returned for 4 days while visiting. It’s now our go to! Food is delicious and service is amazing! Nancee was our waitress and the girl is tops! Come hungry… portions are big!
