Many reviews have said something similar but being from NJ, I admit to being a pizza snob. My family was at Warren Falls with no cell service so I asked someone for a good place to eat before making to drive back home and this was recommended.

Growing up near NYC I have very high standards for pizza. This is good. Had the maple sausage, one with mushroom and a traditional cheese. The maple sausage was so good we had to get two more. Everything was really good, crust has a nice char but is still very chewy. Great selection of local and other beers. Nice outdoor area with a big fire pit. Just an all around cool place to eat or drink. When we went they didn’t have waiters, you would just need to order at the front and then they deliver the food, we were fine with this and the food even came pretty quickly. I wad in a group of 8, we had tons of food and drinks and paid about $30 each so it is very reasonable.

Such a fantastic place to go! If you going for takeout, make sure to order as early as possible. For dine in, also be prepared to wait at the bar but IT IS WORTH THE WAIT! They have a few different pizzas and dishes that are regularly on the menu, but the specials are really great. They have gluten free crust that is really good! The ingredients are local and fresh. We loved watching our pizzas get cooked. Definitely get the sausage pie and I loved the pepperoni and peppers.

I’m a gourmet pizza lover and I wasn’t prepared to have one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had in this place, especially after being let down by many other pizza restaurants in the USA.

Really great atmosphere of an old barn with the wood fire oven in the middle. The grounds around are beautiful and they just started a bonfire while we were making our exit. The staff was very friendly and pleasant, seemed like good people in general.

American Flatbread is a valley treasure. The food is great, service is excellent and it runs like a well oiled machine. Our table near the oven offered a great view of the flatbread making process. We shared the Evolution Salad with local blue cheese from von Trapp. The Revolution Flatbread, our favorite, was very good. The rustic apple pie heated in the pizza oven served with vanilla ice cream was the perfect way to finish the meal. The menu features beers from the best Vermont breweries including Fiddlehead, Frost, Lawson’s and Hill Farmstead. As we left the firepit was blazing with folks enjoying the warmth and a brew. A highly recommended experience.

Fun place for pizza, beer and a table with a view (whether inside or out). The pizza wasn’t anything fancy but was tasty and baked to perfection, with several local toppings available. We loved the salad, made with fresh greens from the farm that shares the location. And the strawberry rhubarb pie was divine! The picnic tables outside have a lovely view of the mountains and farm flowers, while the indoor seating lets you watch the pizza chefs at work.

Excellent food and service. Generous parking, portions, and bar drinks. Arrive or book early or order carryout. Be prepared to order ahead or 1st before getting seated. Only wish they had more choices on menu, everything is delicious and fresh, plus enjoy watching them prepare and cook flat bread in traditional brick oven.

We had American Flatbread come to our wedding venue to make pizza for 100 people on site. They were very easy to work with, and arrived on time to quickly set up their own oven and tent to provide delicious appetizers and pizza for all of our guests (even during a thunderstorm that rolled through). The pizzas were incredibly delicious, and they did a great job accomodating our guests, including those with severe gluten allergies.
