An incredible experience. A menu rich in flavors and options for all tastes. You really feel like a VIP with the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. To top it off, when they found out about our daughter’s birthday, they sang Happy Birthday, making her day even more special. Words don’t really seem fair to describe this experience. I’ve traveled the world. I’ve tasted all kinds of Japanese food before. And there’s only one word that seems remotely fair to describe the American Japa Sushi (All You Can Eat) at the Millenia: unique. You have to come and see it for yourself, taste it for yourself. It’s truly a UNIQUE experience. Give yourself this gift. Special thanks to Liana, our server, who went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time there. The service was amazing from our waitress. However, the food and drinks did not match the menu pictures whatsoever. We had mentioned that with the experience menu (which was considered an all you can eat i guess) that we wouldn’t eat all of it and would most likely take some of it home. We mentioned it a few times, and she just kept saying yes, that’s okay. Time came for us to leave, and she she said no to boxes because it was an all you can eat menu. Thankfully, the pictures didn’t match what came out as far as quantity, too, so there wasn’t much left anyway. The trunk and little containers that were for the experience were very dirty in the bottom pieces filled with old rice and other toppings that fell off from what seemed to be weeks of use. I checked to see if they were removable for cleaning, and they absolutely are, so theres no reason why those shouldn’t be cleaned after every use. As far as the food itself, it was okay. Nothing really all that special other than them setting one of them on fire(btw metal chopsticks+fire=hot) and putting a little smoke under a few pieces. I most likely won’t be returning, but it’s worth a shot!
