The food was pretty good! I got turkey nuggets, corn, sweet potatoes and green beans with a roll on the side. They had tea also. The server was extremely helpful, especially because it was my first time there. I’d say they could live’n up the place quite a bit and make it feel a bit cozier, especially given the name.

American Oven has suffered through the renovations of the plaza where they reside and has come out a winner! They are known for their homestyle food at decent prices. They have recently changed up their menu and it’s a good change. Still offering the same good homemade food, but their seasonal offerings and specials make a revisit a good thing. Sign up for their emails and enjoy really good prices on an array of good meals. (can’t beat their original, the turkey platter, in my opinion) see picture!

“Good lord” what a great home cooked meal. Roast beef phenomenal, Turkey wow. Mash potatoes from scratch wow. Every one has to try the loaded Turkey soup my my my. Pumpkin pie great, apple pie great. Heck of a job “American Oven”. You should have more than 5 stars, I’ll give you 10 stars. Also a very friendly and courteous staff, it was my first time eating there and it was very enjoyable and healthy and very inexpensive for what I ordered, again keep up the good work.

Ordered the Meal for 8 and it went over terrific…everyone loved the food especially the Turkey and Roast Beef which were extremely tender and juicy. The real dressing and mashed potatoes with both turkey and roast beef gravy were nothing but awesome along with and assortment of vegetables and whipped sweet potatoes and rolls. Took a gamble because I never have been to this restaurant before and came out a total winner!!! Will use them again for sure!!!

We have been eating here, literally, for YEARS!!! The consistency of the great food, clean dining area, and friendly staff are incredible!! I hate to make plans to go there ahead of time because…I can hardly wait!! The smell of Thanksgiving is evident as soon as you walk in their door. I usually get turkey, because I can no longer order it anywhere else without making comparisons and being disappointed!!! Their sides are excellent…heck, even their coffee is outstanding!!! I just wish they would branch out to Summit County, where I live!! I recommend American Oven to everyone!!!

Thee best all around food I’ve ever had!!! I could eat here 5 times a week because every meal is amazing. Roast beef, Turkey, fish, and ALL of the sides are just some of my favorites. Also, the turkey nuggets are to die for and can be found nowhere else. Love this place!!!!!

My mom and I love eating here, the food is sooo delicious. The only thing that I don’t like from here are the turkey nuggets. The shredded white turkey is so juicy and just amazing. All of the sides are delicious too, everything is fresh! Definitely recommend.

Nice, friendly, little place to stop. Quaint and nothing fancy, just good eats. We are here every time we visit the area. Usually for breakfast. One of the few places I can get good, old fashioned Scrapple. Good pancakes and eggs were done perfectly. My companions love the omelets.
