I went there on my lunch break. Had a cook look at my coworker and I about 5 minutes before…going to look for the cashier. Finally, I left after waiting 10 minutes. He never said a word to us. Bad customer service!

Be careful, they have been closing early without notice. The hours on Google are not reliable. I went there at 9:13 p.m. when they were supposed to close at 10, but they had already shut down the menus and the register. They told me rudely that they closed early and gave me no explanation. This seems to happen a lot with this place. I suggest you go somewhere else with your money. It’s definitely a hit or miss place depending on the day of the week.

Decided to stop in for some wings. Upon entering, the cashier was non-friendly and somewhat rude. When food was ready, she failed to even inform us that our order was ready. Food was great, but service was horrible. Will not be returning!

Do not go here. It’s dirty. They were out of a diet coke, didnt post it or notify, but they were glad to charge for combo – no discount for not having the soda they advertised. Service was slow, didn’t process orders in order received. Several got food ahead my families. Overall not well kept.

Their wings are tasty but they are the tiniest wings I have ever seen. I think they get their wings from Ethiopia because they are so skinny you couldn’t hit them with a handful of corn. The hibachi grill is out of this world. Their pet spider is very friendly and if you give it a french fry he will come out of his nest and play a song for you while you are eating and it’s very entertaining to watch him stroke his leg against his web and it sounds just like a violin.

Food was good. My complaint was customer service from the cashier. She was very rood and wanted to charge $2.19 for a single cup of ice. We received our first set of cups and there was a bug stuck on the side of the cup. So my daughter sit the cups back on the counter and politely grab 4 more cups. Cashier walked up and saw the dirty cups sitting there. Never apologized for the bug on the cup, snatched the cups and threw in the trash. And then, I asked for the single cup and she says that’ll be $2.19. The cook and the other servers in the back agreed that there should not have been a charge for just a cup. They actually said it should be free. I guess the cashier was having a bad day. I would have been glad to pay a small fee for a cup of ice, but $2. No ma’am! We enjoyed our food though. Kudos to the cook!

I got a steak & cheese wing combo. One of the BEST steak and cheese subs I’ve ever had! The meat was SO flavorful! The bread was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The proportions were enormous! My only quip was the ‘au jus’ from the steak kinda soggied my bread. Wings were fried to perfection! And very lemon peppery. This is now my favorite place in Fort Valley!❤️

The food is always delicious here, price is fair considering the amount of food you get(a lot). I do wish they had an option to call in your order but if that’s the only downside I guess it’s cool lol.
