Please no. The food was terrible. I took one bite of everything on my plate and it was so bad. Except for my over cooked bacon that I asked for. The eggs were rubber and undercooked underneath. The waffle was too sweet. Didn’t taste right. The waitress felt bad and asked the manager to take it off my bill but they refused. I’m ok paying, it’s not a problem but they didn’t even come ask what was wrong. Instead they gave me a dirty look like I was lying. If the food is good I’m going to eat it. We were there almost two hours. The kitchen took so long cooking. I don’t think that building is made to be a breakfast joint. Never going back unless there’s a change in SOMETHING.

The food was really good and served hot. I had Chefs choice which is 3eggs your way choice of meat choice potatoes and biscuits with gravy and my wife had a bacon omelete served with hashbrowns and pancakes. You wont leave hungry and actually might take a few leftovers home like we did. The prices are really cheap and the amount you get is alot!!

Meatloaf with brown gravy, mached potatoes with white gravy and coleslaw. Meatloaf loaf was good, I believe they used sausage gravy for the mashed potatoes, but wasn’t bad at all. The coleslaw was very dry.

Food was good. I suggest the breaded tenderloin it was HUGE. Really liked the fried pickles, they were in the spear form. This is a new restaurant in Princeton and it was pretty busy. The place still feels like the staff is learning how they all work together but our food came out hot and the staff was very courteous. I want to come back again, I hear the breakfast is really good.

This place opened at the end of February 2023. Princeton needed this…..I’ve had their breakfast, lunch, and dinner now. At breakfast, our table had the All in Omelet with biscuits, coffee, 1/2 order of Biscuits and gravy with hot chocolate, Hashbrowns with scrambled eggs with sausage and a full order of biscuits and gravy, and Mtn dew. These plates were not greasy, and the food was fresh and properly cooked. Our Lunch table had a jalapeño burger with jalapeño poppers and unsweetened tea, Grilled ham and cheese sandwich with seasoned fries, and 1/2 and 1/2 tea. Again, the food was fresh. Hot, and perfectly cooked. At dinner, Shiloh served our Grilled cheese and apple sauce, Pork tenderloin, with fries, and a classic burger with regular fries and Cole slaw. The tenderloin was huge in diameter, and served on a Hamburger bun… EVERY plate served to us had such large portions and was DELICIOUS! The place is small and quaint with a Mom and Pop feel to it. Our two other waitresses were just as polite and detail-oriented as Shiloh, but I’m sorry I can’t remember their names. The menu is a smorgasbord, with something for everyone. We will be back! Oh and although we were too full to eat any, the desserts looked Devine…

If I could give more stars I would. I wish I would have caught our waitresses name but we visited on 5/26 and she was absolutely wonderful. I have a gluten allergy and her and the kitchen staff went above and beyond to help keep me safe. They brought out ingredients for me to check before they made my food, she was asking me questions, and was extremely understanding. Her attitude of “I don’t know but I’ll find out” is extremely rare in this area and I cannot say how much I appreciate that. I had the grilled chicken with peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Portions were large and it was amazing. The side salad was large and very good. My boyfriend had the chefs choice. Again HUGE portions and everything was fantastic. This wasn’t an establishment I would have thought I could eat at safely because down home cooking usually involves flour of some kind but I will be back often. Thank you for your kindness! I do not have that experience around here very often.

Ordered the all white meat fried chicken, got a mixed fried chicken and it takes forever to cook so I couldn’t really send it back to be remade. Had to re ask for our dinner rolls as the waitress done took her apron off 30 minutes before they closed. Chicken didn’t taste like it had any seasoning on it. Green beans tasted like they was boiled in water and then they threw onions on top after it was cooked. Second time I have been there and have no plans to return.
