We’ve been coming here for months now- the food is always good! The staff is friendly. (They even remember our order since we’re there so often.) We usually order boneless and bone-in wings with a side of fries. Everything is always fresh and they usually show me my order before we leave. We’ve also tried the fried pickles and crab sticks – I would order both again.

Ordered a combo and extra fries and the fries were soggy and cold. As if they had been sitting around for hours. Called and went back to get fresh fries and one of the orders had a piece of hair in it as I checked. They didn’t even offer anything additional for my trouble of having to go back. Awful customer service and never going back there again (location by Weiss on 301).

If i could give (0) stars I would. The worst food ever. I ordered 10 wing comb and the chicken wings were freezer burned. When you let them know they want to redo the order. Why sell olde chicken. REDO no, to cover it up with seasonings. Then they wanna charge extra for every lil thing. The best American best wings is in Largo if you are in this area. Not this location.

Waited 35 minutes for food, ordered Buffalo wings and received fried chicken, several people came in after me, ordered and got their food while I was still sitting waiting. While writing this review two more orders that were placed after mine have been picked up and left. Next time I will go anywhere EXCEPT for Americas Best Wings…

This location is terrible. Recently, the wings have been consistently dry, overcooked and tough and the fries taste old and stale. The person who takes the orders via telephone is always in a rush and not friendly. Go to the Bowie or other upper Marlboro (by Safeway) location, the wings are great there!
