Do not come here. They take forever to come to the counter, then when they do come they rush you through your order. They are raciest against black customers every time I come here my money gets checked like it’s fake. I refuse to ever come to this location and I encourage others not to either

Very bright and clean upon walking in. I was politely greeted. The counter person was patient and nice. They have a nice extensive menu. This was ny first time here. Food was good and they give you alot. I had the philly cheese steak sub combo. My friend had a buffalo chicken sub she said was good. Overall a good experience the only thing i would change is maybe turn the AC up a little i was getting kinda warm in there lol next time i want to try the wings.

I work nearby and used to come here all the time but everything just went down the drain. Aside from the insane raise in price for 10 wings and a few fries, Customer service is horrible. I don’t care that English isn’t your first language all I’m asking is to at least greet customers. Get off personal phone calls when taking orders. Don’t act like I inconvenienced you just by walking in. I’ve found hair in my food on a few occasions so I know it’s not the cleanest place. Soda machine always half broken and some of the canned (Diet Coke) sodas are expired! How does that even happen?

I used to love this place. But recently the wings have shrunk and the prices have grown. This time we went in to pick it up and it was almost as if we were inconvenickng them by being there and they treated us that way as well. Complete disappointed I won’t be back to that location ever again.

This place is HORRIBLE. I got there 1hr after they open..No Cust not busy. Ordered Cheese steak & dirty rice. I was a cook for 20yrs.. The rice was over cooked & dry. Cheesesteak was so black like the grill hadn’t been cleaned in days which I find hard to believe since I was there early. One big grease pit, my roll was soft & soggy from the grease my tomatoes looked like a science experiment. Total WASTE of money & UNACCEPTABLE…I used to uber for the one in Lansdowne & their food always looked & tasted good they were much busier.

Walked in and the young lady up front was talking to someone via her blutooth device, cussing and saying racially prejudiced words, which she seemed to say in a casually normal way. She took our order while continuing her personal phone call. When she gave me our food she ended up giving us someone else’s order. We were just pulling away and she ran out of the store to tell us her manager stopped us after realizing it. When we got home we were annoyed to discover that our two10 piece boneless combs were made bone in. Neither my spouse or I like boned chicken wings. One of the two flavors was also wrong. Had I been given a receipt I could verify if it was made incorrectly, or rung up wrong. Who knows? She didn’t bother verbalizing the order back because she was too busy on her personal call while ringing us up.

The food here is fresh and tasty-my favorite flavor is Honey Lemon Pepper & I like that I can order all flats, even though there’s an additional fee for getting them that way! I would like to say that the girl who took our order was kind when we got our food and asked if we wanted a bag & any sauces, which was thoughtful, because if we had wanted some, we may have forgotten. That being said…as someone who has been in customer service for all of my professional life and who trains people in this field, I was not only upset by the service I received, but also observed another customer who came in and had to wait uncomfortably, for several minutes for the girl taking orders to finish talking with her boyfriend before she even acknowledged her. I was very surprised by her behavior towards the customer. While we were there eating, the girl was standing around, flirting with her boyfriend, which is unprofessional and inappropriate. We were also ordering a second meal to take with us and she was so distracted and giggling about whatever her boyfriend was doing that she wasn’t paying attention and she rang up our order incorrectly(double what we asked for). I had to walk away and let my fiance deal with it because he has more patience for nonsense & my customer service manager self wanted to educate her around putting her customers first, but it’s not my place. That’s why I am writing this review. Also, I’m seeing a bit of a pattern here in your reviews…seems like this is an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed with some kind of formal documented coaching, which includes the cashier being told that her boyfriend is not allowed to loiter while she is on the clock. Just my two cents. In any case, in businesses where customer service is involved, the owners set the tone for managers and managers for the employees. Modeling the behaviours you want your employees to exemplify, is the first step and that example is what they will follow!

Would give this place a zero if I could. Placed my order at 624 online. Showed up at 630 to them scrambling to find my order. 723 rolls around and I still don’t have my food. When my food did come out the tenders had honey mustard all over them instead of on the side. We have ordered the same meal from other locations and no problem at all. This is the worst experience and now I have to go home and still heat up the rest of the food so I can have a hot dinner. Not a good expirence or customer service either.

I ordered on line only to find out when I arrive their online system was down. The employee showed me a blank tablet like I was supposed to know what that means. Went back and forth on if I was charged online or not? They took my order again and they called who I can only assume was the owner who confirmed my payment online was taken. So didn’t get my order online but got my payment???? The wings were good but the experience was not worth it.
