So this was my first time and the food was fresh and hot. The staff was very nice. Thank you Hasan you were very nice to us with our decision making.. I got the Greek pizza with our tomatoes extra olives, Hush puppies with a side of cheese (don’t judge me) and 10 wings (Thai chili mango/ Honey Lemon pepper) So GOOD!

I do not recommend the chicken Philly cheesesteak as it was dry with no peppers or onions…just some dry meat inside some bread. I’m also unhappy that they gave me tartar sauce instead of blue cheese for my wings. I gave them 2 stars because the wings were “ok”.

Ordered 3 Philly Cheese steaks, they didn’t put any cheese, peppers, onions, nothing in it but a little bit of a dry meat that didn’t even looked like steak, we also ordered a 10 piece chicken tender meal with fries, every single chicken tender looked like they threw them in the fryer for 2 seconds and took them out, YES they were still somewhat frozen. We didn’t eat this food and got a refund. Will never order from this place again. Very disappointing.

This is my second time at this Americas beat wings! They are by far the best one I have ever been to! Food was bomb and the staff was awesome! They are under new management and it shows! The store was one of the cleanest ABWs I have ever seen. Me and all 4 of my boys will be back!!!

Store was dirty. Employee didn’t bother to clean up despite at least 2 customers suggesting they do so. Couldn’t be bothered to look up from phone to tend to waiting customer after seeing me walk in. Fountain soda was gross and needed to be replaced and several soda varieties were out. They need to do better. Service was never stellar just lazy but it has rapidly deteriorated

I made a small delivery order an hour before closing time and was told 45 minutes would be the delivery time. An hour later I call the store as they are closing asking about my order and the lady that answered said the driver is on the way. Yet another hour later I still don’t have my food and there is no answer at the store. I drive over there and Lo and behold there is nobody there. If I do not receive a refund when they open I am filing fraud.

If I could give zero stars I would! The worst! Ordered for delivery, the driver called 40 minutes after I placed my order and said he was outside and for me to open the door. My mother opened the door and no one was there. I then called him back and asked him what door he was at (I live in an apartment), he then stated the address he was at and it was no where near where I live. Then he said he’d be to me in 10 minutes after realizing his mistake. After 20 minutes he called again and said he was outside of my building. Again, my mother went outside when she was talking towards the car he drove off… So then I called him back and after another 20 minutes of giving him directions back to the place he was already at he then claimed he was lost and couldn’t find the building..so I called the store and spoke to a so called manager about what was going on, he said he would contact the driver and instruct him on where to go. After 5 more minutes passed with no word. I called the store back to cancel my order to get my refund and as I was doing that the driver magically appeared with the food. I told the manager on the phone I wanted more food sent because I did want to eat cold chicken and fries, he apologized, repeated my order back to me and said he send more food with another driver. I realized that he didn’t deliver the soda that came with my deal so I called back to the store to inform them so I could get my soda with my new order. After another entire hour I called the store to see if the driver left yet and the manager told me that he didn’t send another order because I didn’t send the food back with the driver which he could’ve told me to do while on the phone with him. I then just demanded the soda I paid for but didn’t get and hung up the phone. I will NEVER order from this location again! The one in Marlow Heights Shopping Center is 100% better in everyway!!
