I’m assuming because people order and don’t pick up food sometimes is the cause of delay in pick up order. I ordered food at 8:30 food was not ready until 9:20 and there was no rush hour or a group of people trying to order on this Thursday night. I asked for egg to be added to my chicken and shrimp bowl and received a sunny side up egg!! highly disappointed

Order food pretty late. Went to pick up the food and that was okay . When I went to eat the wings they smelled really bad like someone bottom after a poop. I believe they gave us bad wings. There is no reason food should smell so putrid. I threw theall the food away.

Wings have always been good. Crispy yet tender. Nuclear flavor is really tasty as well as spicy. Their hot sauce is thicker with a lot of flavor instead of plain, thin pepper sauce like some other places. Burgers, gyros, and fish have been pretty good too. They have a couple of combos that come with entree, fries, drink, and 5 wings which is a pretty solid deal.

I literally come here all the time and the food is amazing, the wait time isn’t long at all and the customer service is outstanding. They really give great portions of food every single time. I mean honestly they see my face maybe 3 to 4 times a week! They even know my order most of the time!

ordered a shrimp alfredo with extra broccoli, not sure if the person who took my order didn’t hear me correctly or not but they put it in incorrectly and i got something completely different. So i get my dish, start eating and i taste dawn soap. so now my stomach is hurting while writing this review. first time being to this place and not a good first impression already

I put in a online order that was paid for. Their website said that it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived with a couple of minutes of the 30 minutes left. When I approached the counter, I told the guy at the register that I put in a online order. Instead of greeting or acknowledging that I was in front of him, he stayed on his phone looking at whatever was funny. After I said something to him the second time, he finally looked up and asked if I put an order in. He went to their table with a bunch of receipts and confirmed my name and THEN COOKED MY ORDER!!! Why even put in an online order if they are going to cook it when you arrive and paid for? Worse customer service that I have seen in awhile.
