There’s nothing like freshly made, still steaming hot pizza! My husband and I shared the Butcher Pizza and it was delicious! The small was plenty for the two of us, making our meal around $15. Everyone was friendly as well. We will be back. We ate here twice on our last stay!

Let me first say that this place have the best pizza on the coast imo. However there service leaves a lot to be desired. There seems to be a disconnect in their organization and procedures from time of order to delivery. The last several times I had to wait over an hour to get my pizza. I sat and waited while I watched others that ordered after me get theirs. It seems simple that you put in the order and it gets made but that doesn’t seem to be the case. When I got my pizza, their was no explanation or apology for what had happened. I know the counter person printed the ticket because I had a copy but not sure what happen between that and the people making the pizza. Another thing that bothers me is that I see orders ready to go but just sits on the counter. I know they can get busy but who wants to eat cold pizza? Just turn around and deliver the order. I recommend they work on their standard operating procedures. It shouldn’t be hard since the majority of the orders are the pizzas. Like I said at the beginning, I love their pizza. Their service just stinks.

I ordered my pizza and waited 45 minutes and watched 6 people who ordered after me get their pizza before me. I complained and found out they hadn’t even started on it yet. They were not busy and NO pizzas were being made or in the oven. I was there in the middle of the afternoon. I told them I needed a refund as this is complete incompetence. I would have let it go, but this is the 4th time it’s happened to me and I watched it happen to many others as you can tell by the reviews. The workers and management seemed like they were used to this happening. What has happened to customer service?

This is based on the last 5 calling in take out orders, all during weekdays, and times from noon to 9pm. Everytime not a single answer on the phone but once after the 5th or 6th try. One occasion I drove there after no answer and decided to call and see if the phone rings. Call gets connected and I see the girl look at the phone PICKS IT UP THEN HANGS IT UP wait not once but twice. I inquired to her if the do takeout over the phone and she says yes. I told her I called the last 2 times and she said she did not hear anyone on the phone. Hmm. Well, She never put it to her ear. I said oh and she said sometimes it gets disconnected.She had me try the call again, and voila she answers it and shrugged it off like there must be a glitch. Pizza is great but check it to make sure it’s what you ordered. Expect to wait 30min to 50min for 2 large pizzas. Dine in pizza is worth the wait imo. Call for take out 1 out of 5 you might get an order in.
