I was pleasantly surprised about how nice this restaurant is. The ambiance and the atmosphere was charming and relaxed. I really enjoyed my veal parmesan. The sauce itself had a very unique flavor that I really liked. Prudence gave excellent service and was very attentive to our needs.

Great music accompanied our lunch-Frank Sinatra, and new singers. The Taste of the Boot great for trying three entrees. All good. Food was hot, sauce tasty and good cheese. Side salad was crisp and fresh. I’ll go back again, this time for dinner. Heather, our server was friendly and efficient.

Owner doesn’t know how to run a business. When I cut into my chicken I discovered there to be pop firework snappers. The bathroom had feces stains all over the walls and sink. I notified the owner of this and was told I should go kill myself. Owner seems not all there and needs to seek mental help. I advise anyone to stay far away from this disgrace of an establishment. Immaculately clean? Tell that to the 8 public health violations on this establishment as of July 10, 2023? Had I seen these violations prior to going here I wouldn’t have even went! Disgusting establishment this is. Think again

I’d been meaning to try Amici’s for a while and am so glad I finally did! The food was delicious – everything tasted homemade – and my Linguine in Clam Sauce was some of the best I’ve ever had anywhere. Yes, there is also a Kids Menu! The dining room was closed the night we went so we dined in Dino’s lounge area. I look forward to coming back to dine in the main seating area. The staff was super friendly and we felt welcomed and valued. Thanks for a great first experience!

Nice looking place. The entrance is confusing. Everyone was nice, and I almost didn’t want to say it because she was so nice, but the server was not good. She seemed lost and had no concept of table service. She constantly forgot things or didn’t notice things. She needs training on serving basics like refilling drinks, making sure the guest has the things they need like silverware, clearing, and not asking guests if they want to keep their dirty silverware. I recommend following your servers from time to time and doing some basic steps of service training. Most of these are things that can be taught.

Unbelievably terrible, slow service. We were one of only two tables with customers in the entire place. It took 50(!) minutes before our waitress came to take our order (although she served the other table several times during that time), and it was another 25 minutes after that before our food showed up. I ordered chicken parmesan on panini, what I got was chicken parmesan on a hamburger bun. The food was so salty that it was practically inedible. I couldn’t tell you if it tasted good or not, all I could taste was salt. We won’t be back.

Very friendly and attentive service without being too invasive. Perfect! As well as the food. We all enjoyed everything from the bread, soup, salad, entrees and dessert. All was very fresh, tasty and nice portions. Unique/authentic flavors, preparations and sauces. Fair prices as well! We will definetely be back! We hope that the upper intimate lounge area will open in future for seating.

Ordered through Doordash. Not the dasher fault that simple instructions are not followed by a restaurant. However, ordered linguine, when addressing the fact, I was also argued with that I was given linguine, clearly not. Nor was the extra sauce requested provided. I was asked to take a bite of my chicken because the breading absorbs the sauce. Also the chicken is described as flour dusted. There is no sauce at all, which is not described via menu. No matter how good the breading is, I asked for extra sauce and have no side or ounce of sauce with my $18 chicken dish. I was treated beyond rudely!! After spending $50 on two pasta dishes and 2 cannoli. If I could give zero stars I would! Just found a bonus fry embedded in my chicken. Classy!!
