Ordered large take-out order at front desk, staff at front desk would rather talk with each other. Over all friendliness of staff at front desk and bar was lacking. Ordered drinks while waiting for togo order at bar ladies not welcoming. Definitely a N.Y. pizza place because no southern charm present in this place. Band was good . Kids Alfredo was swimming ♂️ in sauce. Should have been served in a bowl.

Very Disappointed with the extra charges they applied to our bill. At least tell the customer first before charging extra for dressing. I wasn’t going to post this because I sent the manager an email in hopes he would handle this, but after 2 emails, I had no reply, so I am posting this so everyone that comes here will know in advance. This is the exact email that I sent the manager (twice)

Stop to eat lunch and the lady behind the bar was also our server. Me and wife ordered a salad, she got wings and I order 2 slices of pizza. They brought out her salad with wings, fry’s was cold so they go back. They then finally bring my salad and after forever waiting the thing they should know how to cook pizza never made it. This place has really bad service and act like they don’t care.

This was my first time at Amici and very disappointed with the service we received we waited over an hour for our food! To be fair the food was good. In inexperienced manager! The waitresses Monique A kept saying its coming. No one should wait that long! Never again at this place!

This place was a major surprise while Intown for biz in this small town Of Madison! I walked in and the place was packed Saturday night and the manager Dave seated me exactly where i wanted to sit and the waitress Morgan was excellent service and the food was outstanding! the house salad was above and beyond expectations and the pizza was delicious! The live music was a 90s cover band that killed it and their name is Monkey Wrench. Highly recommend this little gem in the small town of Madison.

American food served in a rustic interior with their own beers as well as others from the area. Staff like Mary Beth make going out for dinner worth it. Visiting in the area, the food took a long time to say the least. MB acted to ensure my food was getting prepared and made a joke to ease my unpleasant expression. The food was good but the service was top notch. Nothing tops good service especially when the kitchen falls short.
