So, we regularly order pizza from this place and tonight we got a special treat in our pizza. We called them to let them know and they took zero responsibility. They blamed GrubHub. They said it was probably oregano. They made every excuse possible and at no time took any responsibility. Even the manager dismissed the severity of the situation. This piece of wood literate gags one of my guests!

Ordered a large 1/2 Chz 1/2 ham pizza on 3/11, they put ham all over the pizza. I called and they said they could give me a store credit or they could send another pizza and I said I’ll take the store credit cause it was late. Called today to use the store credit and they (female) argued with me through the boy on the phone and said they would only credit a cheese pizza. Sorry but you offered me two choices and I chose to get the store credit and then they wouldn’t honor it. I even took a picture of the pizza with ham all over it. If you order a cheese burger and a restaurant gets it wrong and you call and they offer a store credit it’s NOT going to be a burger plain it’s gonna be what you if originally ordered. I order from them sometimes 3 times a week. It’s a shame cause other than this experience I would’ve given them a 10 star rating. Probably my last time. Update… so after waiting an hour and a half still no cheese pizza, so we called again and the lady who got rude the first time picked up the phone and claimed there was never an order made tonight. I then informed them that I had video and audio surveillance on my property and could most certainly prove this to the owner. Then a guy got on the phone and I asked him if my order was wrong last time and I was told I had a store credit it was for the same original order that was wrong and he agreed. He asked if we still wanted a pizza and by that time it was too late. I told him I was going to contact Angie the owner and that was the end. So sad cause I truly loved this pizza joint but after being treated so poorly by them I’m pretty much done! Also I will let Angie know that my delivery driver guy that 9 out of 10 delivered to us deserves a raise! sad!

Personally I will not be back. Today was the worst experience I have ever had at this establishment. First of all do not trust what their website says if you order online. Apparently they do not update pick up times and if your online order says 20 minute pick up time it will most likely be an hour. I found this out the hard way when I went to go pick up my order this evening. Upon my arrival I was then informed I was most likely going to have another 40 minute wait. Then another woman chimed in and stated it is going to be 7 minutes after I said I will take a refund if it going to be another 40 minute wait because I have a disabled husband at home. First of all which is it 40 minutes or 7 minutes, anyways I had to make a quick call and I said I will wait the 7 minutes, well turns out that apparently no one informed anyone that I would be waiting and they threw out my food after being at this establishment for 30 minutes in total. I truly did not appreciate the way I was spoken to and how I was looked at. I hope in the future that they are able to correct their online ordering services so others are not placed in this situation. I was not the only one this evening that was faced with false pick up times.

There is no atmosphere so low star on that one. There’s none to rate but you see what you see and based on that things could be a bit cleaner and more put together. Have to remember that it’s mostly a pizza place, deliver and quick pickups…so what’s it supposed to be? The food for the money is on par with the competition but nothing that stands out against the competition. It’s a pizza place.

This was my favorite pizza place until tonight we ordered online 20 min until done per usual , 17 min later my wife arrives. They charge our credit card and then say it will be another 20 to40 min,no worries she is patient. 30 min later after she sits right in front of the shop window they say they have thrown our food away… terrible service will not be back. Yay now a 10 day hold on our money to be refunded… what a letdown

Tonight we tried this pizza place for the first time and I wanted to like it so bad, but it just wasn’t good. Our pizza was so undercooked we had to put it in our oven when we got home so it wasn’t so mushy. The fries were soft instead of crispy and the wings were cooked fine but they were bland. Overall just a very sad meal. Also I found it a little strange that they put canned green beans on a veggie pizza… never seen that before.

Great food. Friendly staff. I usually order every Thursday night. Pizza, wings, garlic knots and calzone. Best “NY style” pizza around. The large calzone is HUGE, served with 2 large sides of sauce. Garlic knots are so good. My favorite are the mild wings. Not spicy but overall great flavor. Amici’s Pizza is a favorite in my house.

The pizza from Amici is usually very decent however today we received a pie with a very long piece of wood baked into the pizza. We called to inform them of the issue we found and we were met with several people (including the manager) who blamed everyone but their own people. The wood was baked under the cheese. No one to blame but the pizzeria themselves. Wasn’t looking for much but an apology but was met with nothing but defensive blame dodging. That was the last pie I buy from them. If they can’t own their mistakes how do I support their business?

We were visiting from out of town and were in the mood for a good pizza. Apparently we picked the wrong place. Both the pizza and the wings were undercooked and tasted very bland. The antipasto salad was fine however. It was the worst $53 we ever spent on food.
