Every time I’m in Nebraska, I always stop at Amigos. The crisp burritos are on point. I tried the crisp crab Rangoon and that was really good. I wasn’t able to try the crisp lobster roll this time around. However, I will next time.

Service is always very slow. Every time I’ve gone I will put my order in (I’ve always been the only car in the drive through with one or two people seem seated inside) and then when I pull up to the window it takes five to ten minutes for someone to even take my card and greet me and then another 10 to 15 to get my food. The food is always excellent though.

Usually love amigos. Wake up early to swing through on my way to work to get a breakfast burrito. Last 2 times lights inside have been on but drive thru is dark. Google says you open at 6. At 630 someone should be ready to take orders. Probably not stopping anymore because I’m tired of getting donuts at the gas station because you guys can’t figure out if you’re open or not.

Awesome customer service. Went above and beyond, offered little plates for my kids for there chicken and french fries that were hot. Which they let us know that it was hot. Friendly coworkers. Even gave my kids big ice cream dishes which they ate every bite.

I had only gone there one time before my order went well so I thought I would go back. Went back today ordered a build-it bowl big size only to have less food then the regular size and had to pay more really unsatisfied. it barely even covered the bowl at the bottom that’s how much less food there was. Not going back not worth it.

Ordered a burrito and it took 10 minutes to make, ok got the food when I took a bite only rice and beans no meat. Opened it up showed the staff, they made a “new” one waited 5 minutes to see they only added meat to a broken birrito so it was a huge mess. Food was not good tasted sour. Will not eat here again, takes a while to get your food and they still mess up and not even give u a new tortilla or make it look like a new burrito wow sad..
