Amazing, fresh food. Reasonably priced. Pho broth homemade from beef bones, so rich and yummy. Amy is sweet and helpful in ordering. We had the peach mouse (made with fresh peaches) and Vietnamese flan. We ate that too fast for pictures. Our favorite was the stir-fried beef noodles, a little sweet, savory, spicy, and crunchy. She imports Vietnamese coffee and jasmine tea that we can’t wait to try next time we visit.

Do yourself a favor and visit Amy’s Asian Kitchen at 68 S. Main Street in downtown Winchester. I’ve never tried Vietnamese food and wasn’t sure how we’d like it but it was AMAZING! I had the Papaya salad w/shrimp and Stuart had the Pho combo special. Amy has been open now for 2.5 months and is loving being a small business owner. She did an incredible job with the building too!

We tried the spring rolls, pork bun, pho with brisket and beef noodle stir fry. Everything was absolutely delicious, packed with flavor and will be going back. I honestly can’t choose a favorite dish, but whatever sauce is in the beef noodle stir fry…wow. I’ll be dreaming of it. I could go on about the bun as well. The jasmine tea is a must try. The person I was eating with described it as “spring in a cup” and I thought that was very fitting. Amy also came to our table and she was the sweetest. Staff was great also! Check out this amazing local eatery!

This was my second visit and both times the food was amazing and the service was friendly. They start you with a small pot of Jasmin tea which was so nice. I had the papaya salad with shrimp and added an order of egg rolls. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I love sitting near the window and enjoying watching small town life happen on the sidewalk outside.

While strolling downtown Winchester we caught a whiff of the most delicious food cooking inside Amy’s Asian Kitchen. My wife ordered Vietnamese beef noodles, my daughter Vietnamese noodle bowl and me the Pho. Appetizers spring rolls and crab soup. Desert Flan and Cheasecake. Everything was fantastic! A new favorite. The staff was so friendly and kind. Loved it!

We had a late lunch at Amy’s today and it was amazing as always. We started with an order of egg rolls that were fresh and crispy. I had the shrimp Pad Thai, my husband had the stir fried beef noodles and his mom ordered the fried rice. We shared bites so we could try it all. We finished with flan and Vietnamese coffee. This was my mother-in-law’s first time trying Vietnamese food. She’s already planning what she’ll order NEXT TIME.

We stopped by Amy’s for brunch on the first day back in town since they opened. We had to try the egg rolls since they didn’t include cabbage (perfect for my wife, a known cabbage hater), chicken fried rice and beef noodles. Everything was fresh and great, put the chili oil and even the sweet and sour sauce ended up on every plate. So good.
